Fantastic Soft Dialer - Integrates with CRM
I have used VoIP Studio as a single license and loved how it integrated with my CRM. The pricing is fantastic, and hard to find a lower cost anywhere. The auto-attendant handles my calls and routes them any way I like. Now I use it for a team of seven, and we love the chat feature. I was always getting texts and emails; now, I can answer quick questions without checking my phone.

The software works
The software works, it does exactly what we need. We are still in the set up phase though, and we've been finding it difficult to get higher level questions answered from support. For example, we had set up a ring group and assigned a phone number, but the calls were still not going through. When we went to support, he quoted the manual at us, which we had already read and followed. What we needed was better help trouble shooting when things didn't go as expected.
We did end up figuring out the issue ourselves though, it just took a while. The set up is now working as expected, and it's an incredibly useful system for such a low price.

So far having good experience
So far, the experience is good.
I was bit confused about to do the set up process by myself by checking their video tutorial. I request them to create more detailed manual on this to ease the process. Initially, the call was not popping up into my phone until I opened my app. After, I gave manual permission, it is shown now. Please implement a process to have all required permission during installation.
Regarding Ring Group, IVR etc, a new user is required to have when to choose what. It would improve customer's experience.
