The first contact center tool I actually like using
I’ve used a few contact center tools over the years, and Voiso is the first one I actually look forward to logging into. It wasn’t one big feature that won me over — just how much easier my day got after we switched.
Setting it up was easier than I expected. I was bracing for weeks of fiddling, but we were taking real calls almost straight away. The call quality is so clear that I’m never stuck asking people to repeat themselves, and calls just land where they’re supposed to.
The biggest change is on the AI side. Reviewing calls used to eat up my evenings — now transcription and automatic scoring handle most of it, so I can focus on the conversations instead of the admin. And the dashboards let me see my numbers in real time instead of having to guess.
I never thought I’d say software made my job less stressful, but Voiso did. I feel way more on top of things now, and honestly, I’d recommend it to anyone fed up with their current tools.
