The first contact center tool I actually like using

I’ve used a few contact center tools over the years, and Voiso is the first one I actually look forward to logging into. It wasn’t one big feature that won me over — just how much easier my day got after we switched.

Setting it up was easier than I expected. I was bracing for weeks of fiddling, but we were taking real calls almost straight away. The call quality is so clear that I’m never stuck asking people to repeat themselves, and calls just land where they’re supposed to.

The biggest change is on the AI side. Reviewing calls used to eat up my evenings — now transcription and automatic scoring handle most of it, so I can focus on the conversations instead of the admin. And the dashboards let me see my numbers in real time instead of having to guess.

I never thought I’d say software made my job less stressful, but Voiso did. I feel way more on top of things now, and honestly, I’d recommend it to anyone fed up with their current tools.

A big upgrade for our team!

Really happy with Voiso so far.

The setup was quick and easy, and the team were super helpful throughout the whole process. One thing that was really important to us was keeping our existing phone number and Voiso made that happen without any issues.

Another big reason we chose Voiso was its Salesforce integration. It works really well. We can make calls directly from our Salesforce contact records and all the call activity is logged automatically. It saves so much time.

My favourite feature is definitely the AI Dialer. We're making more calls than ever before. I also love the live dashboards and reporting. Everything is easy to find, simple to manage, and having real-time performance data at your fingertips is incredibly useful.

I know we've only used a fraction of what the platform can do and I'm looking forward to trying more of the features as we continue to grow with it. So far, it's been a great experience.

Joining Voiso was a privilege for me

Joining Voiso was a privilege for me. From the beginning I was impressed with the product combining everything in one place - calling and messaging system, speech recognition, translation and sentiment. Voiso is recognizable on the market as the platform is very intuitive and easily integrates with any CRM. Furthermore agents can call manually or using auto dialing, sending text messages and chatting in the digital channels such as WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram, Facebook, Instagram. The product is great for small medium and enterprise companies, helping upper management and agents to avoid missed calls, to evaluate recordings, to reach out to a bigger audience and to have a consistent return of their investment

Exceptional Support from the Voiso Team

The customer service team at Voiso is phenomenal. Any time we’ve had a question or needed assistance, they’ve responded quickly and gone above and beyond to resolve issues. Communication could be better I tried...

Communication could be better! I tried to add one more case after submitting my order but was 7. impossible. The same day I received an email from the courier saying my order has been already shipped. I had to order one more case separately. In the end they were nice and offered me free shipping on the second order.

Voiso's contact center software…

Voiso's contact center software unlocked many more cappabilities with it's smooth integeration with our CRM. The whole journey of finding the company and having a free demo was a gem, as the customer support was really helpful and through on helping us how to set it's to and what might bee best suited for our call centar.

Voiso has one of the best customer service. With the very first call you get someone who's learning about your business, your goals and needs and offers different contact center solutions based on that info. We still use sales dialer and omnichannel from Voiso
