Very prompt service, excellent coffee—and a re-sealable package that actually works! What's not to like?

The coffee beans are of high quality every time I have ordered. I will only order my coffee from Volcanica from now on. When I have had any questions their response has been prompt. If you ever want to try other coffee from around to world they would most likely have it for they have a large selection to choose from. And finally if you’re picky on flavor of your coffee they can definitely help you find coffee’s that you will like. For the staff at Volcanica are knowledgeable in coffee.

As I'm sue you know, shipping to me at least comes by USPS. It takes forever, and then it gets stuffed into my mail box. No excuse for this grungy treatment of otherwise great coffee. I cancelled my subscription after 2 deliveries.

Subjectively, the roast has been consistent to the flavor profile of my preference, which is bright and tangy: always the same. Other brands tend to veer off towards the chocolate/chalky side of the roast when trying for the brightness. Disappoints when the consistency isn’t there, that’s why my go to bean has always been volcanica.

Product was sent on schedule, at subscription price. Delicious low acid espresso grind coffee.

This was the first time I have tried this brand and I was delighted with it. I like a medium roast. The coffee was smooth and mellow. I loved it and will be purchasing more soon!

I’ve tried many coffees over the years, but the Guatemala Antigua Reserve honestly surprised me. The aroma alone feels premium the moment you open the bag.

The flavor is rich and smooth, with deep chocolate and caramel notes, a subtle smokiness, and just the right amount of acidity to keep the cup balanced. It has that classic Antigua profile: full-bodied, clean, and incredibly satisfying without tasting burnt or overly bitter.

What I liked the most is how “refined” it tastes. You can tell the beans come from volcanic soil and high elevation because the flavor has complexity without becoming overwhelming. It works excellent as black coffee, but also makes an amazing latte or espresso.

For anyone who enjoys smooth dark roasts with character, this coffee is absolutely worth trying. One of the best Guatemalan coffees I’ve had in a long time.

I used to buy coffee from a local company, but their customer service deteriorated. When I bought a new coffee maker I decided to look for a new producer. I have been getting Volcanica for several months, and their Dark French Roast is outstanding. They also send our coffee regularly, and respond to requests.

I love the dark roast coffees. I look for low acid brands and I have never had any problems drinking this brand. And I usually like the organic options!
