Versleten tapijt van Volero

Eind 2024 een vloerkleed gekocht via internet. Een Brinker Carpets modern , Grunge Roze/Grijs. €469,00. Na een jaar vonden we dat het kleed er steeds versleten uitzag. Wij behandelen het kleed conform de aanwijzingen wat niet kon zorgen voor de slijtage die we zagen. Op 29 november stuurde wij de eerste mail om de klacht in te dienen. Met foto’s en duidelijke beschrijving trachtte we het probleem te duiden. Afgewezen. Nogmaals met foto’s waarbij de verslechtering zichtbaar was. Nee, het was gebruikersschade volgens Volero. Een paar weken geleden gevraagd om heroverweging: op een plek kwamen de draden los. Nee was het antwoord, de garantie was verlopen.
Ik denk niet dat Volero dit kleed in de etalage zal plaatsen. Ondertussen zitten wij ermee: een hoop geld en een versleten kleed. We laten het liggen in onze “etalage” als reclame.
