I requested a withdrawal from my volet…
I requested a withdrawal from my volet account to my bank account. The money never paid out. I contacted customer support. Their excuse is that the issue is with their technical partner. 10 days, and still no money and no answers. This has been the worst experience with a wallet.
Volet, you respond here indicating you will investigate ASAP, but the exact support is everyday replying with "we are sorry this is taking so long the issue is with our technical partner". So, what will now suddenly be different? We are on day 13, no money and no solution.

To update the documents they ask sometimes 100% valid paperwork. Not everybody have a normal situation. Ok but on the end I was able to give the correct document apparently. Support help was good .

ll-in-One Wallet That Actually Works
I’ve been using Volet.com for a while now and it’s genuinely been a great experience. The platform is clean, quick and surprisingly easy to use, whether you’re dealing with crypto, fiat or just moving money around. Swapping crypto works smoothly, and the instant transfers between wallets are a huge time-saver.
One thing I appreciate a lot is that Volet.com is still fully working for us users from Russia. Many services have pulled out or restricted access, but Volet has continued to operate without issues for me. Registration, verification and everyday transfers have all gone through normally.
The digital and plastic card options are a real bonus. Being able to spend crypto anywhere without messing around with extra apps or delays is incredibly convenient. Deposits and withdrawals have been fast too, including from Russia, which is rare these days.
Customer support deserves a special mention. Every time I’ve contacted them, they’ve replied within minutes, no matter the time of day. It’s not often you get proper 24/7 support that’s actually helpful, especially as a Russian user.
Overall, Volet.com feels reliable, secure and very user-friendly. For me, it’s become an essential tool for managing both crypto and fiat, and I’m glad they continue working with users from Russia when so many others don’t. I’m genuinely happy with the service and fully recommend giving it a try.

Volet is AMAZING! Best money transfer service ever!
I can’t say enough good things about Volet! It’s hands down the BEST money transfer service I’ve ever used. It’s super fast, reliable, and the process is so easy to navigate. Sending money abroad is a breeze, and I’ve never had any issues with my transfers. The exchange rates are great too!
What’s even better is that many people in Serbia love it! It’s super popular here and for good reason. Whether you’re sending money to friends or family, or even for business, Volet is the way to go! Totally recommend!

Best Support Team Around!
I've used a few similar systems, and like any, there are pros and cons. Volet's customer support really stands out - they respond instantly, which is awesome. The only downside is that their website isn't fully optimized for mobile, which can make things a bit tricky. Still, I highly recommend them!
