Terrible client service

I've reserved the car on their website like 5 days before, the day before landing no one called me, emailed me or at least a message to conferm the reservation (already payed 16€), only when i called them they told me that the car wasn't available so i had to choose another car or cancel the reservation the day before the vacation, after that missunderstanding, we arrived at bucarest airport and nobody gave me indications like where, how, when do I have to go to take the car, absolutely zero client support, after i called them another time i've waited like 1 hour to solve the problem beeing at the airport outside with -1°, it was an awful service.

Avoid this company.

My experience was terrible. I booked the car on the website and did not receive an email confirming the order registration even though I paid the deposit for the car. I contacted Volocar on Whatsapp after about 4 hours and they could not help me. They could not verify the reservation number, the car was not available, they could not offer another car in the same segment at the same price. I sent an email for a refund of the deposit and to this day I have not received a response.
