When I asked for a quote they managed to squeeze an extra 2 panels on he front of my house (dormer so not straight forward).

Didn’t ask for a deposit or payment up front, only after system was up and running and once they had phoned to check I was happy with everything.

Turned up on time, finished a little early with a very tidy install, and was happy to change some settings for me a few weeks after the job was finished.

Have already recommended to a friend.

Everything was done promptly, efficiently, and well. From Laura in the office, who was excellent, to the engineer, Cameron, who took time to accommodate our needs, and explain the equipment and how it worked, I couldn’t speak more highly of the service we received. Communication with Laura has been brilliant, from start, to completion of my Ohme charger.
Conor who came to fit it, was knowledgeable, courteous and explained everything in detail, and cleaned up after him. A completion certificate was sent next day.

An excellent service. From prompt email responses to advice on phone calls, Laura was always super friendly and well-informed. They do the bureaucratic stuff like getting National Grid permission, and they pushed to get that in under the 2 weeks it can take as we already had our car. Cameron, the electrician, encountered some installation problems due to our house being terraced. Despite the hitches making the job longer than expected, he was resourceful, patient and cheerful and did a professional and tidy job. Very much recommended.

Absolutely Magnificent! From the first contact Laura was attentive and informative regarding the products they offer. She gave me different options (tethered/untethered). I decided to go for the Tethered option and I have never looked back. Cameron came out to fit the charger and was very friendly. Would 100% recommend Volt-Age to anyone who is looking for an EV Charger. The whole process from initial contact to installment was 2 weeks which is much quicker than any other companies that I enquired with. Thank you soo much.
