Gloucester Volt Vans

I paid about £700 for Aaron from Volt Vans (campervan electricians) to come and do some work on my VW Crafter.
He did half a day, and then said he had run out of materials and would need to come back and finish the work. He booked a date with me for 3 weeks time and I took a day off work. Then he completely ignored me, and needless to say, did not turn up. So now I am left with:
- A TV I cannot use because the power cable he has installed is too short
- Said he had hardwired in the wi-fi but he had just stuck it to the wall with pads, and it fell off, denting my £100 router
- Wires left hanging out of the wall from half finished sockets installation
- A plug socket that was working is now dead
- Shelves that needed to be replaced because he cut chunks out of them instead of removing them to gain access
Their website is always down, they don't publish their address (illegal) which is never a good sign and I wish I had checked this beforehand.

No response to request for quotes…

I have completed the online enquiry form twice. (April, May) I followed up by email (June). I even tried phoning (no one answered.)
I just keep getting automated “we are inundated with enquiries” as if that means it’s OK not to answer them. There’s a promise that they’ll be in touch “soon”.
I assume they have gone out of business and that they just haven’t taken down the site with its auto-answering. If they are in business I wouldn’t deal with them because of their poor communication and failure to follow up on their promises.
