Bad communication and follow through
I ordered and paid for two items on September 23rd and was notified they were out of stock. On October 5th I contacted the company and they said that they would be shipped October 28th. I hadn't heard anything so I emailed the company again on November 15th. They said that they still had not shipped and though they did offer a replacement, I should not have to contact them about items that still hadn't shipped. How long would they have waited if I had not contacted them?

Shipping is way too slow
Shipping is way too slow. I called ahead of my order to make sure the item was in stock and ready to ship, I was told it was available and would ship next day. 4 days later the item had not shipped so I had to call them again. Had to wait the entire weekend and they finally shipped it next Monday. I planned on ordering most of my new shop equipment with Voltage but I am having second thoughts after this experience. Other than that, customer service was very prompt and professional, and their items are great quality.
