We had a great experience at Voltaire. Rachael was extremely helpful and made us feel comfortable throughout our experience. It was much a much smoother process that we had expected!

I recently purchased my engagement ring from Voltaire Diamonds and had a wonderful experience. I dealt with Gabrielle who was so helpful and knowledgeable when helping me pick my dream ring! I couldn’t recommend Voltaire Diamonds enough; they have a wide range of diamonds to suit all tastes and the customer service is superb.

Myself and now fiancé went shopping together, I had no idea what I was looking for and Rachel took us through and let me try on all the different styles.

The interiors in the private appointment rooms are gorgeous. You feel so relaxed and looked after. We really felt like Rachel went above and beyond and we can’t wait to go back for wedding bands.

We recently bought an engagement ring in Voltaire and the service was top class. Rachael was super helpful, from the minute we walked in to the day we collected the ring everything was just perfect. Rachael really listened to what I was looking for gave a few options of which one was the ring I fell in love with. I needed to sleep on the decision and she was there to answer all my queries via email quickly and professionally. The whole experience was just very easy and enjoyable. We were even lucky enough to meet Hercules (Doge) the beautiful pup who was there on the day we picked the ring. All in all 100% would recommend.

From the very first reach out to Voltaire to having my dream ring on my finger, my experience with this company has been amazing. Rachael looked after us throughout the process and she was an absolute joy! We felt so giddy leaving our first consultation with her and all other ring appointments paled in comparison.

Rachael was great to work with. She had lots of patience as I took lots of time in choosing the right ring. I did not feel rushed or under pressure to make any decisions on the spot. They have a great selection of diamonds and I would highly recommend. Also, the show rooms themselves are also really nicely decorated and felt very homely and welcoming!
