The price is great and ordering process was easy. Also the items were Package very well. The only issue I had with my 2nd order was the length of time for shipping. My first order arrived in about 8 days which was totally acceptable. Overall experience was excellent.

This is a scam company. I placed my order on 4/5/2026, with the advertised 24-hour delivery, you would expect it to be shipped out right? WRONG! My order is still being processed. Thank god I only spent $13 on my order, so it doesn’t put me back financially, however it is still extremely frustrating for this to happen. My order # is 84725, and I’m hoping if this company doesn’t get me a refund, I can dispute this with my bank. This is extreme false advertising and they should be held accountable for what they’re doing. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!!

TO VOLT CANDY: My order has never arrived and now it states in my Order Derails through my Account on your website, that my Order has been completed but the USPS Tracking information comes up as: "the tracking number is invalid" for Order #84203 which was placed on February 23, 2026 and you list the order as "Completed".

Today is March 23, 2026 - VOLTCANDY: You have not responded to any of my communications, I feel I have been scammed and I need a REFUND. I have notified the authorities and informed my credit card company that I have been scammed. Multiple investigations are underway.

DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS, THEY HAVE BEEN GHOSTING ME FOR 4 WEEKS - WITH NO RESPONSE, TO MY NUMEROUS ATTEMPTS TO FIND A RESOLUTION. THEY HAVE IGNORED EVERY EMAIL AND PHONE VOICE MESSAGE I HAVE LEFT.

THE USPS IS A GOVERNMENT AGENCY, WHEN I CONTACTED THEM - ACCORDING TO THE UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE, IT APPEARS THAT VOLTCANDY.COM AND VOLTCANDYONLINE.COM HAS SENT ME A INVALID TRACKING NUMBER.

FROM MANY ONLINE REVIEWS IT APPEARS THAT I HAVE BEEN SCAMMED, AS A MULTITUDE OF OTHERS HAVE HAD THIS SAME EXACT ISSUE.

TO VOLTCANDY, IF YOU ARE HONORABLE ENOUGH TO RESOND TO ME. IF YOU THINK I AM WRONG - WHAT DO YOU HAVE FOR A RESPONSE TO ALL MY STATEMENTS HERE?? Are you not a sham company, as other claim?

This company is a scam. I ordered a dozen ice tickles on 3/5/26 and 2-3 days later I received an email saying my ordered has been “shipped” and they provided a fake tracking # so I have no way to verify if it has even been shipped since I can’t track my order. I emailed them a few days ago and they have not responded and most likely won’t respond because they know they scammed me.

The prices on the items I'm looking at can't be beat even with shipping added so far I recommend this company to anyone looking for good deals.

It's now been a week and they are still processing my order even though they emailed me saying my order would be processed the day prior. I recommend you avoid the website if you need your items in a timely fashion

I am a new customer and i really like their deals but they needs to add more products on the website. i am not a candy person but those deals are just as good, i am looking for more like household, personal care and health.
My issue is that i ordered 12 (nameless ) items early August 2023. When i received the incorrect 12 items August 24th I was pissed because it was not what i ordered. I went on my web page i have with them and sent a message to Volt about my issue and no reply. Then I called some random 800 ( (855) 215-3534) I found on Google only to get an option to leave a message and of course i did multiple times. No return call to me.
My invoice says i have 7 days to return so on August 25th i paid $15 to USPS tracking to return those items right back to them with a letter indicating the reason why. I asked for a refund or mail me the correct products. I know mistakes happens but what pisses me off is no customer service phone number to call whenever there are issues like this. I have never paid my money to a company that does not have a phone number for customers. So far no reply back from Volt Candy. Unbelievable !!

Id be willing to bet my months salary that most of these positive reviews aren’t truthful and legit. Like many of the other negative reviews, I too was ghosted multiple times when contacting them regarding my order, even though they sure had no issues taking payment immediately upon ordering.

Their phone number they have listed is non functioning and good luck getting any sort of response by email other than the notification that payment was successful. This was received on 6/15/23 and although I have reached out to them multiple times through their website contact us page and gotten no response.

Upon further inspection it seems that they may have initially made a price mistake for one of the items they have sold me. The reason I think this is because of what their response was, however the price is still listed the same on their website.

As a customer, I feel like they should have honored their price as it was their mistake not mine, but at the least they should have reached out to me and explained the situation then. Neither was done and instead they have chosen to just ghost me until now which I’m sure will change seeing as how other customers finally got them to respond by leaving a review regarding their poor experiences.

Hopefully I receive my order as it’s been almost 3 weeks now and they’re offices are literally 20 minutiae from where my delivery address is. Will update once something, ANYTHING, is done.

**UPDATE**

So although volt candy themselves had incorrectly priced an item, they are refusing to honor their price. Their “price mistake” is still uploaded on their website and has not been corrected if it was a mistake.

I would highly suggest you avoid this company as 1. Their price points are nowhere near what wholesale prices should be, you can find far better prices at Costco/ Sam’s club or even big lots for that matter. 2. They will outright lie to your face when push comes to shove. They claim their pricing was a mistake and that my order had already been refunded a long time ago. My order was not refunded “awhile back,” and they ignored all of my inquiries regarding my order and it was only when I left a negative review that they finally provided any sort of response. My order was refunded only after this negative review on July 3 2023 at 11:14am, and although they made me wait for over 18 days (order placed on 6/15/23) they are refusing to honor their so called price mistake which still is the same on their website today.

A company that is willing to outright lie in a public space like this, should not be trusted. Who knows what they’re capable of when they think no one’s looking 😳

For a very long time I have been looking for a certain product, but it's either too difficult to find or too expensive to buy. Finally, I found it on Volt Candy on sale! Volt Candy has great products and I'm glad I found their website.
