Voltix EV Chargers  Reviews

The team at Voltix were great from start to finish. We are on our first EV and charger, Voltix were ready and and more than happy to answer all my questions and queries often going more in depth than just the EV charger. On the purchase and install, couldn't ask for better. Competitively priced, on time and install was completed to the highest standard with no mess left behind. Would highly recommend this company.

Friendly and knowledgeable team. Installation was neat, and all customer concerns were handled efficiently.

Great service, straight forward quote process. Clean and tidy install. Would recommend.

From the initial enquiry the process was easy with good communication. On the day of installation Barry was great, explained what he had to do and later key features of the charger. Installation is very tidy. I am very happy with my new charger. Highly recommended.

Friendly and informative. Very tidy installation and all customer concerns dealt with.

Fantastic installation of our EV charger. Everything fully explained in depth Barry was excellent. Would highly recommend Voltix 5star service from start to finish 🤩

Friendly and informative. Very tidy installation and all customer concerns dealt with.

Prompt response from Voltix with quote and any questions I had. They have a good range of chargers to choose from. Engineer turned up on time and was knowledgeable about his product, worked in a clean and tidy manner removing all debris. Answered question regarding the charger and assisted with the App set up.

Only minor blip was the fact that I was installing the cable for them and while I expected to pay for the external cable which was fine I queried the quote for supply and installation of 10m of electrical cable as this was not being installed by them. I was told this was an industry standard and was included in all quotes. Maybe something to look at.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Voltix to anyone looking for a EV charger installation.

Exceptional customer service from my initially enquiry.
Very prompt service and competitive pricing.
All Works carried out to a high standard and knowledge was second to none with even a wee help with my Octopus App
Thanks and highly recommended.

Arrived on time. Friendly installer. Clean and tidy work. Helped explain everything. Recommend

Excellent service from start to finish. The installation of our EV charger was completed professionally without any fuss. The standard of workmanship was excellent and our installer made sure to clean up after himself and took the time to talk us through the operation of the charger and confirm we were happy before he left us to it. Would highly recommend this company.

Voltix were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish.

The quoting process was really quick, they dealt with my queries courteously and we managed to get an install done in a timely manner.

Installer Barry was great on the day - took me through all the options for the install and provided guidance on best practice. He then took me through all of the onboarding for the use of the charger in an easy to understand way that left me feeling confident in using my new charger.

10/10 would recommend Voltix for anyone looking to source and install an ev charger.

Really pleased with the work carried out to fit my electric car charger.
Engineer was super friendly, explained everything really well and did a perfect really neat job - going the extra mile to hide the cable to the charger.
Engineer was super respectful of my property and you literally couldn’t tell how the charger “appeared” on the wall as so neat.
11 out of 10 for me!

Really easy: all done on WhatsApp, rapid response to messages and booking in. Great job. Barry really knows his stuff.

Use Voltix instead of the usual tradesman/local electrician that ignores you, tells you they’ll come round in a few days, doesn’t, ignores you more etc. Voltix were excellent. Thanks.

Very happy with the service I received. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to fit a home charger.

What a great company to use for an EV install. From sending my first Email enquiry to booking in the job and having the charger installed has been an absolute pleasure. Small business dont always get the recognition they deserve, but would have no problems what so ever in recommending Voltix for your next EV Charger install. Very professional and work carried out with care and a high level of detail. Thanks again

From beginning to end, the service was exceptional. The installer who came was extremely knowledgeable and experienced in the field. His work quality was excellent, and he left the place spotless.

Outstanding service from start to finish. Great communication the whole way through. I’d highly recommend.
