Setting up our Volunteero platform was easy and intuitive, especially with the guidance of the lovely Jen. Volunteero has everything we need to recruit, onboard and manage our volunteers including advertising roles, scheduling shifts, and setting up compliant group chats. It's also very customisable and the Customer Success team have done a great job at guiding us in creating a platform that works for our organisation and our volunteers.
The team at Volunteero are super friendly and really know their stuff - they're always happy to help and address any issues/queries ASAP once you raise them. They are also invested in fostering a community of volunteer managers and regularly organise online and in-person networking opportunities.
Overall, I would recommend Volunteero to anyone who manages volunteers.

The team at Volunteero provide outstanding customer support - they are helpful, prompt and responsive to suggestions for improvements. Volunteero has made my job as Volunteer Manager so much easier, and we have had very positive feedback from the volunteers about how seamless the process is for them to manage shifts, access opportunities and communicate with me. The biggest win for us has been the Reports feature, as we are now able to easily capture volunteer feedback after each session they attend and this has been invaluable to me and our whole team.

We have been with Volunteero since March 2023 and it is a great platform and an even better partnership. For a smallish charity we are able to keep a record of what our volunteers are up to without being intrusive and we can communicate with them easily and efficiently.
Not only that, the technical support we get is second to none and there is always a human to speak to... you know who you are Josie and Jen! :-)

From start to finish the team have been amazing. The support they give with training and open communication is one of the first things I loved about the Volunteero Team. As a platform I am impressed with the innovation and how they welcome feedback to improve parts of the system. It has quickened up our recruitment, and we are finding it is saving us around 60% on time. We plan to grow our volunteers and I know Volunteero can support us with this growth.

We used volunteero to organize 80 volunteers for our 3 day Ashoka Changemaker Summit in Hamburg. Volunteers came from 10+ countries, and the volunteero team set the platform up for us literally within hours, onboarding all volunteers automatically and letting volunteers select their own shifts and communicate effectively. It was an absolutely stellar performance, minor issues were resolved by the highly available volunteero support staff. The app is a bliss, as is setting up a major event and coordinating international volunteers.

Volunteero has been an enormous improvement to the running of our charitable projects.
The volunteers are able to see all the different projects easily, can sign up with the touch of a button - no more searching for different rotas from different team leaders and finally the volunteers have all the extra documents on hand on their app.
As a manager my email enquiries/workload has reduced massively. It has helped us become more professional. The application form has captured the necessary paperwork with ease and efficiency.
Volunteero supported us extremely well at the start and have continued to be on hand throughout this transition. They reply very quickly and Jen and Josie have sent guides to assist us, in multiple formats (links to articles and films showing how to access the information) which are very useful to refer back to later.
Volunteero has also been very receptive to customer feedback. Since we have had the programme there have been updates to help all the different charities with their specific needs.

We have been using Volunteero for a few years now and it just keeps getting better! The support from the team is amazing - they always have time to help and are so patient and helpful. Using the system has completely changed the way we work - communication is now so much easier due to the 'chat' function and applications and onboarding new volunteers so much quicker! The badges are loved by volunteers and we are looking forward to using the surveys soon. We wanted an app that was easy to use for our volunteers and to minimize staff time in managing the volunteers. This App did exactly what it said it would do, and I love using it. So far, it has been easy to download onto phone and my volunteers have been using it straight away.

Volunteero helped us to set up our first Volunteer Management System at the British Mountaineering Council.
Their team are incredibly friendly, supportive and knowledgeable. The system is brilliant. It is easy to use and navigate, and their use of 'canny' to collect user suggestions and continuously improve their product is brilliant.
We are a complex organisation with many functions and types of volunteers and the system is able to adapt to this complexity.
It has helped us to better get to know our volunteer network, streamline volunteer recruitment and communicate to our volunteers with ease.
I recommend Volunteero to anyone looking for a new system.

Having a specialised scheduling app offers a more streamlined and efficient process for managing our volunteer shifts on both sites. with calendar integration, shift swaps, and automatic reminders, making it easier to manage volunteer availability and commitments and this is also giving the volunteers the freedom to manage their own shifts on the rosters.

Volunteero is the best organisation I have ever worked with. We were looking for a quality system for us, as leaders of a small, but growing charity AND the best experience for our volunteers.
Volunteero provided just that.
After the first discussion with them, we knew it was right for us.
What we did not expect was the outstanding level of customer service. We met Jen every week to implement the system.
The induction was incredible.
The systems used are fantastic.
And now we are getting going it has saved us an astonishing amount of time with our previous systems.
I would recommend this service 100% to everyone.
What makes it even better is the fact they are constantly updating the system and respond to customer feedback.
I didn't think it would get any better but it will.
They have even created an online community for volunteer managers, so we can share ideas.
If you're on the fence about which system to use, just do it.

I really enjoyed my first experience of volunteering because the communications by email were 'up beat,' encouraging, gave me all the information I needed in good time and if I asked a question it was answered quickly.
I very much like the app as its easy to use.
I really like being alerted to opportunities by email which is great 👍 as I check my emails every day.

Volunteero is a fantastic system and we are so pleased with our decision to implement it at The Brain Tumour Charity. The team from start to finish have provided outstanding customer service in helping us to get set up - nothing is too much trouble for them. They are very willing to listen to suggestions to improve the system and they never stand still, always working on new features and improvements as they are genuinely passionate about enhancing the volunteer experience.
I couldn't recommend Volunteero as a Volunteer Management System enough - it's the attention to the little details that make them by far and away the best option out there.

We have recently got up and running with Volunteero and it has been a game changer! Every step of our journey from the initial meeting with the Volunteero Team, getting the data from one database into the Volunteero database, training, follow ups and a check ins with our whole team have just been effortless and spot on.
