Great Platform for My Business.

Have been with Volusion since late 2014, have had nothing but Great experience with them. Easy to use Dashboard & Excellent Customer Service. Would recommend to anyone.... especially New Business. Can start off slow and grow into their larger plans.

We've been with Volusion for almost 12 years....

We've been with Volusion for almost 12 years now and we plan on staying for some time. While we've experienced some bumps and bruises along the way, overall we're happy with the way the system operates as advertises, their customer support and pricing structure relative to other web hosting solutions.

I am not very computer literate so…

I am not very computer literate so setting up an online story was no easy task. ALL of the people working at Volusion have been extremely patient and helpful. Any time I have had an issue the Tech Department has been right there to help. Highly recommend!

We had a premium membership for years…

We had a premium membership for years and I recently discovered that we had a dedicated account manager with that membership. Well, paying the extra fees did not serve it's purpose as our dedicated account manager never reached out to us. We renewed our SSL certificate with Volusion and I discovered a year later that our website was showing that our SSL certificate was invalid. Someone at Volusion hadn't finished the renewal process is what I was told. It's hit and miss with their Support department - some are very thorough and some do the bare minimum.

We first tried Volusion about 5 years…

We first tried Volusion about 5 years ago but left to to limits of the platform. About a year ago we gave them another try and this time we found them much improved - this includes both the software and the wonderful support.

The employees are excellent but the…

The employees are excellent but the software is outdated and no help. I spend too much time and money paying for tjings i am noe getting for free with shopify. Google merchant integration and other features are seriously lacking with volusion.

Decline is customer service since 2009

I have been a Volusion customer since 2009 and have experienced a slow decline in customer service over the years. Most recently I was in a chat with tech support for 90 minutes. Instead of having knowledge of the platform the tech support person took 15 -20 minutes to research the answer to my questions, providing me with a link to an article rather than a solution she was familiar with. Ultimately her suggestions did not provide the information I was looking for and after 90 minutes I ended the chat feeling I just wasted 90 minutes.

Our site has gone down several times…

Our site has gone down several times within the past few months and we don’t change anything on the back end as far as redirects, hosting, or IP info. Also, we have had some major slowness lately. This could be because we have a large site but they make it seem like they can handle large sites. So hopefully they get that stuff internally running smoothly because the downtime and slowness is costing us. But other than that the past 4 years with Volusion has been pretty okay.
