The calls are clear it something that is affordable service is very good. I had Vonage for a while and it's been good for me. Hope you all can try it you will not go wrong.

My vonage phone service hasn't worked since September !!! and to make things even worse, they are still collecting their fee... Customer 'Service' has been a joke and totally worthless!!! The replies I get make NO sense at all !!! Going over 150 straight days without being able to answer an incoming call (the phone doesn't even ring) and NOT being able to place an outgoing call and severely affected my LIFE !!!

Update: I have contacted Vonage many times asking.... even begging them to fix this problem...
They will not,,, they do NOT reply !!!
And to make matters worse... they had stopped charging me but on Sept 22nd they withdrew a $21.55 payment from my back account... for service I did NOT receive !!!!

I love this service.
I have been a Vonage customer since about 2001, when it was still a new service while living in the United States. There I had a local U.S. number and a virtual U.K. number.
For convenience, soon after moving to the United Kingdom, I switched my billing to Vonage U.K. with a local U.K. number and a virtual U.S. number.
This is great allowing friends and family members to call us without expense.
The list of countries that I can call, without additional expense, is extensive. I have not paid any additional for any international calls.
The sound quality is perfect, there is no apparent delay, even when calling California.
Having the mobile app is very handy and actually quite helpful in emergency situations.
I don't miss any calls that I want to receive.
A very flexible, reasonably priced service. Zero complaints.

service has gone to pot lately where phone doesn't ring at all, caller ID doesn't display, and calls go straight to voicemail.

just installed a new adapter a couple months ago and i thought that would fix those issues but i think they've actually gotten worse.

seriously considering switching providers

I’ve had Vonage for way over 15 years never had any issues with them. I just wanted to get my bill lowered a little bit and they made it happen. Thanks vonage.

The speed of handling my request

Vonage has great customer service. They are helpful and nice. The price is very good. I don't pay that much for my phone service.

Prompt services & on request find out cheap plan looking to my needs.Over all happy with Vonage & I am long lasting customer is indirect proof of good treatment & knowledgeable service from representative.

Vonage has the most reliable service I have ever used and the most helpful customer service agents! The company is fabulous so it´s not often I need help but when it´s needed it´s great to be able to talk to an actual person! No nonsense. Every issue is resolved quickly.

I rarely have had issues with Vonage equipment, but when I do, their customer service is horrible. I recently had a Vonage device replaced with an "updated" one. The new device did not have the usual screen to display caller ID. I asked if they still had that feature and if I should purchase a phone with caller ID. All I get are canned responses about troubleshooting or how to keep my name anonymous. Does anyone read the email?

I remember ditching another landline company (which shall remain nameless) about 20 odd years ago for Vonage and have never regretted it. Great service, support and reasonable pricing.

Since the new vonage phone system installed there have been no problems. Delighted we could keep our old telephone number to save the nuisance of having to inform all of change.

Excellent & very inexpensive

In an age where costs of everything rise regularly but often don't give the matching value, I have found that Vonage costs have risen, gradually, though not by large increases but the value remains. Considering the numbers of friends I have in Europe and North America, using Vonage, I can keep in touch with them all, without having to watch the clock, whilst making calls, nor worry about the costs on the time.

I really like Vonage. The set-up was great because you could take your time, read all the items and then make your selection that I found was very interesting and quite complete. I have never had a problem.

I have been using Vonage for well over two decades. In that time I may have contacted Vonage cust. svc twice for minor Q and A. Installing the system is as simple as plugging cable from Vonage modem (very small box) to router, and phone cable from Vonage modem to phone, then plugging in the power chord. Vonage low cost has been a great value for me over many years. Long distance or local, voice clarity is great, and I have as yet paid nothing extra for long, long distance calling. Being able to block up to 500 nuisance robo-calls keeps my phone quiet most days and so far I've only blocked 300. Very reliable and stable system.

A service and product which we can all benefit from
