Excellent experience!!

When ordering, the choice of size for the ring was not on the order form at checkout. I called them and they had it on the site within 15 min. They even emailed me to let me know it had been added so I didn't have to keep checking back. It said my ring would not be ready to ship until June 8th and I received it June 2nd! SUPER FAST and well before I even expected it to ship. The ring was absolutely BEAUTIFUL! Good quality too. I was VERY happy with my experience with their website and customer service! You do have to have someone home to sign for receipt of delivery though!

I ordered something and all seemed ok

I ordered something and all seemed ok. Then they messaged me saying I needed to verify myself or the order could be cancelled. Ok fine. Then they say everything is peachy. A few days later my order is cancelled and I have to pay another 50 bucks for the same thing. No thanks, I will buy from somewhere else.
