I met Heidi a few years ago and I encouraged her to build her Coding/Consulting Company to be able to take on the challenges of our busy orthopedic clinic and ASC. Heidi’s in-depth knowledge of orthopedic coding enabled our practice to experience tremendous growth and improvement in our RCM. Heidi works hard to motivate her team, stay abreast in her field while providing education and feedback for physicians in quick and easy to grasp solutions.

Heidi VonOrtloff is a professional and an expert at what she does. She helped he identify deficiencies in my coding. She helped me boost collections through decreased denials and higher accuracy of coding. She is a good communicator, as well.
