Absolutely no response from these people. Do not buy from them

Never again. Do not trust this company. Ordered in 2018 a wallet, which never came. Money is gone, so this was a bad experiance.

Don’t buy anything from Von Skull. Order a sweatshirt on 10/31. Received the wrong item on 11/28. Been email back and forth with them. Gotten every excuse, from we are working on it, already sent, you received it, send pics of wrong item, waiting for customer service to approve refund, we apologize and send you a gift card link. Never received anything.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I ordered a Christmas sweater from the company on Dec. 6 of last year. It is now February 13 and I have yet to receive it! They have shipped it to the wrong address TWICE and because they use third class mail, the post office won't forward it. VonSkull has no published phone number to call with problems. That should have been my first clue they are not reputable. I have sent several emails and have yet to get a response!! Read all the reviews on this site! This company should be shut down and prosecuted! They stole $69 from me and many others!

Vonskull service is unacceptable!!! I ordered a pair of boots and received them on December 14th 2018. The sizing is not correct. They say the are woman's size in US but that is not correct. So, due to the boots being extremely large on my feet. I emailed and received a response the next day from Peter telling me I can return them, which I did December 26th 2018. I had to pay $25.25 to send boots back. As of today, no one has responded to my emails and the Post Office tracking number shows package being shipped to their address listed on their Shipping and Returns page but nothing else has happened. I was really excited when I saw this site as I am a huge fan of skulls. Now, I will taken off the distribution list and every time they show in my feed, I will leave a poor review comment. Very Disappointed. No BOOTS, NO MONEY!!!!

Still waiting on an order from November last year. This company has no problem sending emails and texts continually about specials and sales they have but have yet to deliver the one thing I ordered. Keep your money in your pocket. This is nothing but a scam.

As I read the reviews on this site. It shows this business is pathetic and not helpful to their customers.Promising delivering dates that they do not deliver on time shows this business will not succeed. spread the Word vonskull Should be shut down for worst customer service ever.

I bought the Death Do Us Part pendant and chain. Both were good quality and beautiful. Ordering was easy and shipping was quick. It was a Christmas present for my boyfriend. We both love skulls and motorcycles so it was a perfect token to show him how much I love him.

Ordered item in November and still have not received item. They sent an email on the 11th saying the order was on its way. On the 19th I contacted them as the tracker said it still hadn’t been shipped. They lied to me saying that it was the post office’s fault due to being busy. Funny thing is I sent out 53 packages thru the post office on the 18th and all arrived days before Christmas with most being shipped snail mail. Don’t order from as they make small businesses look bad.

Run away from this guy!!!

Today, 7 weeks after ordering, 4 weeks after disputing with PayPal, 2 weeks after he provided sham information to PayPal, I was finally able to get my money back.

He does not deliver his products. He creates ongoing excuses for why this garbage piece of Rayon (that he claims and custom made) haven't been shipped.

Very fast and prompt service. Love the product!!!!

I ordered the Sons of the Grinch sweatshirt. I absolutely love it. My only complaint is it took longer to receive than I expected it to. I will be ordering more from Vonskull in the future.

I ordered from Von Skull and cannot get any communication from them. No product received. No cancellation policy. Avoid this shady company.

I have a very bad experience with VonSkull!! I ordered two Hoodies back in October, they were to be Christmas gifts, I was shipped only one hoodie, I notified this place as soon as I received the package, they said would ship, never received, contacted them numerous times still no shirt. They at one point provided a tracking number, click on it and 4 weeks later still no package even shipped says “still waiting on package”. I would definitely not purchase anything else. A claim has been filed with PayPal.

Ordered an ugly Christmas sweater. It's awesome. I would order on the earlier side, as it took a bit to get here, but, once it did, I couldn't have been more pleased. Looks great, and will definitely turn heads!

On Nov. 7 I ordered a sweater. I ordered an XL, when I should have ordered a L, so that was my mistake.

For a month, I emailed VonSkull asking for a replacement sweater. I told them I would return the one I got. I was told, more than once, that it was being taken care of. On December 8, I got a replacement. It was the same size, AND it was printed backwards. All the worlds were in reverse.

I notified VonSkull of this, and have gotten no response.

$69 bucks blown. Learn from my mistake. Avoid doing business with this company.

The items I have purchase from vonskull have been awsome i purchased an american flag hoodie for my boyfriend and he loves it the quality is great he has had a lot of compliments on it
