I won 8 months ago and still wont let me withdraw, said I need to verify ive sent every document possible and still wanting more, asking for things I havnt got, ive asked for help and all I get back is an email saying they wont speak on the matter again until ive sent the document but like ive stated numerous times I dont have it, its not a small amount of money either that ive won

I wish i read the reviews first. Just another online scam site that plays the player. When you start playing you will win, but then it sucks you dry. You hit a bonus and your lucky to get 10x. There's plenty of better sites out there that have real RTP and not these scammers

Terrible, it's easy to workout this is a total scam site. Fair enough if you take the bonuses you'll get a bit of game play and perhaps win. As soon as you start playing towards the 40x play through requirements bang the monies gone! It does it every time you take a bonus. Deposit without a bonus and bang the monies gone without any wins, this cannot be coincidental. I self excluded from there site, which for some reason only lasts 28 days and then they automatically reopen your and then plague you to death, littery ringing you up asking you to deposit every day. This company is a scam. Quick to take your money, do not let you withdraw. The verification they use does not work and so I sent loads of proof to their email. They say this is still not enough for me to get MY money. I sent a picture of my bank card, latest bank statement with bank and assort code, drivers licence front and back and a letter as proof of address. They are now saying after 3 emails I have to send a statement with the deposit on! I did the deposit on paypal which they can see and the statement wont be ready until next month!! Never know a betting site like this, usually you send I.D and thats enough. Absolute scam and robbery, I need that money and its been a week now and they have not helped me at all. Stay away!

another scam site.the second you win anything about £50 hit you with every single verification technic it's impossible.
