Had a problem with my custom modpack not working. Literally messaged them once. less than 6 hours goes by and they message back saying what the problem was. how they fixed it. and that they got my server running perfectly. ive tried ScalaCube, Bisect hosting, Minecraft hosting pro, And shockbyte. None of them compare to this customer Service. I will definetly always get my servers from voodoo Servers and I recommend you try them out too.

Best service I have ever used. The server is not laggy unless you don't buy enough RAM and the proper plan for what your needs are. Very stable and easy to use. The support team is the best part; they are always EXTREMELY useful, reply within a few hours, and never try to sell me anything. The pricing is very fair. The only downside is that they use Multicraft, however this is not a big deal at all. This is by far the best service I've ever used, and I 100% recommend it to anyone who is looking for a fairly priced, stable, easy way to host a server/network.

Use your own FTP client (FileZilla, etc) and this becomes one of the best and most reliable hosts at such a fair price.
Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good Minecraft server host.

Very inexpensive for such high quality support.
I had sent them a ticket cause my CPU usage was very high, and I expected them to at least mention the usual schtick most other server hosts would've, you know, the whole "Well, it'd be fixed if you pay us more" style thing.
Nope. They gave actual solutions to my questions and didn't even try to sell me on anything.
I've contacted their support several times, each time I get a response in around an hour, the servers run well (when you're not asking too much of them, of course), and the support is extremely helpful and quick.

I've hosted a server for years, this has been the best one I've hosted on.

I used voodooservers to host a small modded minecraft server for about a year, and they were always quick to answer questions about lag or connection issues. Their prices are very budget friendly!

They were incredibly responsive when I would out I needed more GIGs and threading for my Modded server. They helped to refund the money and add it to my balance after upgrading to a premium server. The only lag we get is the ones caused by our Bizarre mods (On East Coast)! A really great service overall!
