Wish I had read this before I ordered 😩 obviously I have been scammed too which is something I really can't afford to have done absolutely gutted that my items have never arrived and been emailing continuously no reply

Disgusting company I’ve obviously been scammed like everyone else on the comments here!! Order not arrived multiple emails sent and no reply no one answers the phone either SCAM!!!!

I ordered a lamp from here & despite several email complaints and the money being taken, I have not received it. I had an email from DHL to say it had gone back but they never attempted to deliver it. I’m £35 down & no lamp?

I have not received my order and have had reply to any emails. Total scam!!

Placed an order two weeks ago, got a legitimate looking email confirmation and then nothing. I've phoned 3 times, emailed, used their webchat; nothing gets through or gets responded to. Their Instagram goes back a year and they have some very good historical reviews on TrustPilot, so I guess they've gone out of business but their site is still operating (now fraudulently). They're items are expensive so don't place an order as you're likely to lose money like many of us appear to have done.

Oh well, I’m sadly not alone from being mugged online. I placed an order FT75MW8DZ and parted with my hard earned money and then nothing. No acknowledgment, no delivery details. The helpline keeps you hanging telling you you are next in line, it’s next in line to be cut off with a leave a message option.no one returns the call. No emails to the customer service address are answered. It’s a mugging. I suspect any good reviews are from team mugging. As for family business, as I said team mugging.

As below, do not order from this business. I placed an order in December. I contacted their Customer Service when the delivery window passed, but no one answered; I tried multiple times. I looked here and realised the product I ordered was never coming and got my credit company to do a chargeback for the amount. It's frustrating as on their website, they show they have good Trustpilot reviews, but it is not true.

I placed an order on 6th December and have STILL NOT RECEIVED MY ITEM AND DONT THINK I EVER WILL. I placed an order for a mirror with the delivery being 10 days so would be in plenty of time before Christmas. I payed for my order and in the middle of Feb still not received and haven’t even heard back from them despite calling numerous time and 5 emails sent. Not one response! The worst company I have ever used and I’m so upset I money stolen from me with no explanation 😞

I am very disappointed with this company. They have only sent me part of my order! After waiting for 2 weeks for my second item to arrive I have tried to contact for the last two weeks but no response from their customer service. Left messages for them to call back but no one has bothered to return my call or message to let me know when item will be delivered. I would like a refund if it is not in stock. But I don’t know who to contact when they never pick up their phone.

I also believe this company may be a scam. Waiting for an order placed 2 weeks ago, and not heard anything. I have emailed the company and telephoned 5 times; nobody answers. My next course of action will be to contact Mastercard.
Edit 31/01/24 - have been asked by Trustpilot to add my order number: #VO-5881275. I very much doubt this will make any difference whatsoever, but it's worth a try!

Still waiting on order from early November. Delivery said 3 to 10 days. I have chased multiple times with no response to any of my communications. I would be happy to change my review if someone could respond at to the status of my order.

Colour not as described/shown on website.
Website showed/stated Aqua - the colour looking to be blue/turquoise.
When it arrived, it was GREEN!

Excellent customer service. Slight problem with order dealt with swiftly and courteously. I would definitely recommend this company.

Cafetière arrived broken and despite following the instructions on their website for damaged deliveries and emailing several times I have heard nothing! Not good service at all

Exactly what I wanted as an engagement present for some dear friends. Saw them elsewhere and they were much more expensive. Would highly recommend this company.
