Customer service for issues handling is a big joke, you get some stupid generic answer but not any real reason for issues seen / how they plan to fix issue permanentally.
There is much better options available, stay a way from this company / product.
very good charger with a lot features - automatic fazes switch, long charging cable 4G internet (eSIM) for free). Also I love app. It is very easy to use. Also VOOL has backend which is amazing. from one platform you can make charger in to public charging for good price, add and remove users, add EV into backed what helps to manage fleet of EV and much more. one sentence - I love it:)
It is the best self-service charging platform for managing the chargers. Also the optional hardware is nice.
BIG WARNING! I bought a Side step Kit for my Hyundai Santa Fe -21 and Although the delivered solution did not fit at all. NO WAY unless Original Screws are modified and shimsed etc. And that is not a good solution. Besides brackets meant to be at same place differed more than 4 mm in height. It Couldn't be possible to open the doors afterwards. So I completely lost my confidence in their products. BUT this is just the begining. When I returned the goods in their original boxes I didn't get any refund. After a while when I called them they said that I had crushed the Coverplates on the steps. I know have had a mail conversation for 2 months and still they claim that I have caused this when the pictures I got back from them Clearly Shows markings from both side pressure and drag marking on the Cartoon. I think this is very close to Fraud And the hold back almost half the money I payed for this. Totally Crazy in my opinion. Be aware of this when you intend to place an order with VOOL in the Future. I Won't.
I am very happy with VOOL EV charger. I did the installation my self, had small issue and i got answer from support in 1 day. I had forgot to connect one small cable and after connecting, it just works! They have nice portal where you can manage everything related. Nice long cable too and cable holder is included. Excellent build quality.
