Easy to order, arrived quickly and most importantly the Wii console worked.

Purchased a Wii bundle on ebay that contained the console, controllers, and a copy off Wii sports. Received the Wii sports and it wouldn’t read and start up. Tested with other game I had and the Wii worked which means the disc was defective. Contacted support who reluctantly assisted me and made me send back the defective disc that they “thoroughly tested before sending”. After weeks I get tracking information for the replacement and the tracking information doesn’t work. Seller claims I received it but I did not. Disputed with eBay and of course they side with the seller. This store is a scam BEWARE

I ordered a refurbished Microsoft Xbox 360 Model E 250GB. There was an issue with the controller and power supply. The Voomwa Support team replied to my email about the issue right away and replaced both at no additional cost. Very happy with my Xbox purchase!

We received excellent customer service from Voomwa support while dealing with a missing package (which USPS admitted was their fault but still denied our claim). The customer service reps responded to all of our inquiries immediately and advocated on our behalf. We are planning another order with Voomwa because of our positive experience. Will update or write a second review after receiving our next purchase.

Ordered on internet without any complications. Status reports good. Shipping perfect. Refurbished product looked new. After testing everything performed well. Voomwa is a disciplined provider. Met all expectations.

What I ordered and what I received were two radically different things.

I just received an item I purchased from them and it is totally different from the pic. I paid $18 for an item that is worth $.50. NO REFUNDS, they offered me $5.00, no thanks.

Bought a refurbished xbox 360. Plugged it in, powered up and straight to the red ring of death. I bought from several other businesses that typically go through Amazon, Walmart, etc. Same crap every time. Lame!!

Super fast shipping and the unit is flawless. Our adopted special needs kids are having a blast and building much needed coordination and gross motor skills. I can’t believe this platform ever stopped being produced!?!? Much thanks to the Voomwa team for preserving this amazing platform!

If I could give no stars I would. I purchased a Nintendo wii and when it arrived I set it up popped a game in and after 15 minutes the wii would break. I tried it again and the same thing.The wii was broken. I emailed voomwa and they agreed to have me mail back this Nintendo wii and in return they would send me another. They lied and ripped me off. They never sent me another wii console and kept my $120.

I purchased two Voomwa brand PlayStation 2 controllers. I used them over the weekend with my sister and they worked great! Quality isn’t bad. They shipped out quickly & arrived ahead of the delivery date. I’ll keep this website in mind for future purchases! Thank you. ☺️

I ordered a Wii it got damaged in shipping which that happens. I call they sent me a return label kept me up to date on everything and they did everything they said they would do and on time . I’m a believer in Man’s word and what he told me was spot on . I give that a Salute!!

I bought a refurbished Wii console to replace one that had the CD drive motor fail. This purchase was exactly what I needed as I already had all the other components (remotes, sensor bar, cables, power cord, etc.). The purchase was easy and the shipping fast. So far it works perfectly. I hope I can update this review every anniversary with the same satisfaction.

I ordered a refurbished WII for our Grandson's birthday. It arrived in a timely manner and all parts were perfect and very clean. However, it is a different model than our existing WII and would not connect with our controllers. Thus, I need to return. I would do business with this Company again.

They were extremely professional and helpful via email! I ordered a couple of things and they delivered exactly when they estimated, the packaging was very compact and sturdy. Everything worked great, and even though I made a mistake in my order, they were extremely helpful in resolving it for me! There's no other place I'd recommend buying Wii hardware at least over this one, I hope I get the chance to shop from them again sometime!

I ordered a wii from walmart with this company and it was in great condition with very timely arrival. when one remote didn't work well they immediately sent me a new one in great condition. they are very responsive and easy to work with.
