I would give zero stars if I could

I would give zero stars if I could. They were supposed to handle our payroll direct deposits through Sage. 11 months into it, they were able to successfully complete only 2 (yes, TWO) direct deposits. Every time there was an issue, for which they provide no notification, no reason, no-nothing. Sage were not able to get any info out of them either, until finally one time we did a controlled pay run, and they apparently reject our application on compliance grounds but don't have the decency to let me know! On Sage, the VoPay setup shows complete, and if it was an application issue, how come they managed to complete two pay runs, then - If it was a compliance issue, does it mean that I should report you to the CRA because you serviced to a non-compliant company? Oh and for your information, we are a company of more than 10 years, with all our tax filings up to date with the CRA, and in good standing with Corporations Canada. And lastly, your contact email csm-vopay-com is useless; nobody responds to my emails - Neither does the "Business & Technology Integration Consultant" you had assigned to me (who set up the account for me back in May 2024). In my 30 years of professional life, you are the most incompetent company I have ever worked by a mile. Luckily we are a small company and I can do eTransfer to my employees, but what if we had 5+ employees? I normally reserve judgment in the worst of situations, but honestly, I find Sage would be much better off if they switched over to another provider.

Horrible customer service + company.

I been trying to get in contact with the company for about one week, they do not answer whatsoever. I've been hung up on multiple times now, they have ZERO customer service.
I am 100% sure this is a scam, they accepted the opening of the account; requested 5,000 as a deposit which was paid. Now they do not answer and have blocked my account.
THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Excellent service

My money transfer to United States took me just two days. Transfer fee is way more cheaper when compared other money transfer services.one of the fastest and reliable service, I would strongly recommend it.

Vopay Service above And Beyond

I was searching high and low for a transfer service that's fee wasn't almost as high as the amount being sent,In my case €20 It was going to a country that most services go through a broker to deposit into the bank VoPay provided both low fee & direct deposit . Plus I was made to feel comfortable by the personal attention the agent recognize my voice on phone the day after my third degree questioning as had never heard of them before. They Send me notice the next day the money had been delivered. Unfortunately due to a sudden change in exchange rate. The amount was 2 cents short. I notified VoPay of the error fully expecting To receive a phone call from some cold robotic person that would not only asks for extra two cents the charge the cost of wiring money. But to my pleasant surprise when got a phone call from a sympatec manager explaining what happened and that VoPay would cover the payment
After dealing with the many financial institutions which force you To listen to lease five prompts that never describe what you it is that you need! Before you get a chance to talk to someone in person inwhich you have a 50% chance of getting someone who understands your needs or someone who treats you as a number rather than a human being

Great Customer Service

I used Vopay sending Money to US. I was not sure if I can track the transaction and some one from customer support took me through the transaction details and made sure I'm 100% clear with the details. Will use them again for sure. Good luck VoPay.
