This is a scam - I ordered a Keter workbench and received a split ring for keys. They do not respond and are not contactable. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS.

Do not use this company, I paid for an outdoor storage box and I recieved a key ring. they won't respond to my emails.

Ordered a Keter bench, didn't arrive and they didn't reply to emails. Scammers.

I ORDERED STORAGE BOX FOR GARDEN THAT WAS IN JULY STILL WAITING EMAILED COMPANY NO JOY PLEASE STEER CLEAR

Ordered a garden bench storage box which cost me £42.99 waited ages for my order and received a metal loop for keys instead of what I ordered tried emailing to resolve the issue and still had no response. Gone onto their Web page via my emails to find it no longer exists.

Absolute scammers - avoid at all costs.
They have clearly scammed a lot of customers.I received the same as others a Royal Mail 48 tracking number for a garden bench,but haven't received anything - reading other reviews I will maybe get a key ring!
Have raised a dispute with the bank and the fraud reporting agency.
How do they keep getting away with this and how did I fall for it.I usually trust pilot everything and I didn't this time!
I would recommend everyone to avoid this scam outfit and those who have been scammed to file a report to help get them prosecuted.

SCAMMERS, do not use this site. I paid £79.99 for Keter bistro set, received a keyring, no response from email.

Paid £100, for item, not delivered, no contact, no answers to emails.

Like other reviews I order a Keter Storage Container at £69.99 got my order confirmation for 3 ceramic vases contacted them and tried to cancel my order they contacted me back and confirmed it was an error I would get a full refund if not despatched, today I received… a .. key ring holder. I have contacted Klarna and they have paused the rest of the payments. Please do not buy from this company it is a scam. Did anyone get their money back ?

DO NOT USE. Ordered a Keter garden storage box 3 weeks ago and received confirmation that we had ordered 3 ceramic vases. We contacted the company which advised it was a computer software glitch and we would receive the storage box. Today we received a metal ring for a key ring!! A MASSIVE SCAM.

Scam - ordered a parcelbox - email from them said 3 vases - got a key ring delivered. Google Sponsored Products and they used SHOP.

I should have read the reviews. As stated in the reviews I also ordered a Keter storage shed & received a single key ring.
Total scam.

As I now realise along within other this company are SCAMMERS...
Order a keter garden storage unit at £36.99 and like other receipt said vases so contacted them and said computer error. Asked to cancel item and they refused to do this. After waiting 3weeks just received a plain ring off a keyring.
Their website includes the TRUSTPILOT LOGO so are using you to to gain orders.
PLEASE BE AWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS...

Total scam do not give these people your money as you won't see it again. They will keep fobbing you off and you will not receive anything. I have reported the company to the bank. I wish I had read the reviews before giving these despicable people my money it is a SCAM.

Ordered a Keter storage box, got an order confirmation for 3 vases. Had communication from company stating computer error and will receive correct order. Tracked order to local delivery office. They marked as undeliverable return to supplier. Went to office to try and retrieve order but already in transit back to supplier. Contacted supplier requesting refund as courier hed returned itm not customer. No response from supplier, contacted again no response. Have since found over 500 reviews labelling this business as a scam business which sets up in various names and repeats the scam (wish I'd looked before ordering). Honestly, stay clear of this lot, they must be raking the cash in scamming people looking for a deal. Hopefully they'll get caught and spend some time at His Majesty's Pleasure. Where I hope they can experience let's say the less savoury side of prison life

Total Scam, ordered their Keter Eden Bench 265L, they sent me confirmation that I had order 3 Vase's? After emailing them they said they had a computer glitch!
I asked for confirmation of what I had ordered and they confirmed that it was the Keter Eden Bench 265L.
I received my parcel today which was a Key ring!!
NEVER EVER TRUST THEM!!
