It’s absolutely scammer, they just postponed my refund more than 6months.
I forgot about the money but I want nobody to lose money.

I bought 2 tops and they were delivered on time however the were not what i expected being way too small. I contacted them via email and was fobbed off regarding a refund. despite numerous attempts and false promises i am still waiting... i feel i have been scammed.
please be careful using this company

This has been an incredibly frustrating experience. It's been over six months, and I still haven't received my refund. I've emailed more than 20 times, and all I get are generic responses with no real action. This level of service is completely unacceptable.

Watches are clearly not Casio brand as implied on the advert.

Both watches purchased reek of solvent, the quality is certainly not what you'd expect from a "Casio" watch, and the delivery took nearly two weeks. At no point during the ordering process did the goods imply China as the origin of the goods, but as soon as tracking became available, I realised the ride I was in for...

Watches are so big and not adjustable at all.
Please don't buy at all bad bad idea.

I make an order and they say that will be delivered in 7 days and there is a month and i didn't take anything yet...

I've been waiting for the delivery of my order for more than a month now.
Vornup is unable to be of any help with the poor professionalism of the postal company they chose to work with.

Several emails sent and many calls made to Vornup as well as the postal company but still no information.

I then ask for refund but Vornup refuses to do so!

Terrible company. Replies appear to be AI generated. Substandard product , misleading advertising and then flat out rip off . Don’t buy anything from these scammers

Was dubious after reading reviews and the website and tracking wasn’t available but they arrived today and i was impressed, appear genuine compared to other Casio’s i own and purchased elsewhere.

The bands are thin but so are some of my other newer casios and stamped where they should be

bargain for 2 watches

I ordered two Casio watches and it took a while before delivering. Today i got the watches, They look nice but the bands are cheap. I will buy new bands for the watches. While in progress of delivery i received a mail that the website would be offline due to problems. They told me that i would still receive the watches and they left me an email address just in case. I am happy with my watches.

I ordered the product on 21st of June 2025 and no product has been delivered yet (11th of July 2025).
I contacted by email and was assured it was in process and was sent a tracking number which doesn’t provide any tracking Information. As this was meant to be a gift for the kids and the birthday has since passed I want to cancel but the website is down. The refund and return process states “shop is unavailable”.
This is acting as scam or fake retailer, someone just onward selling other products as a fake enterprise.
Disappointing.
Recommendation is to avoid.

Absolute scam and rubbish china products. I ordered CASIO watches that definitely do not meet CASIO standards. The links can't be removed, the minute dial is moving freely of all 4 watches. Its a super cheap replica from china, trying to send it back and get my money back.

I ordered what was advertised as genuine Casio watches. What I received was an absolute joke: cheap, low-quality Chinese counterfeits that you can buy on Aliexpress for less than £3.

Extremely thin, poor-quality metal.
Both watches shoved together into one random, unbranded box.
Stupid stickers claiming features like stopwatch, LED backlight, alarms, 12/24h format, etc. — but it's just a basic analog watch with none of those functions.
A fake “CASIO JAPAN” label on the stickers — laughably bad attempt to fake the brand.
Delivery time was far beyond the maximum advertised shipping timeframe, proving these were shipped directly from China despite being advertised as genuine.
This is nothing but fraud and deception. Avoid this seller at all costs — they are selling cheap Chinese junk while pretending to offer real products. Shameful.
