From the first contact with Matt to viewing the car and purchasing was a pleasure no pressure to buy just an easy pleasurable experience thanks.

Matt at Vortex Cars is just the kind of guy you want to sell you a car. The service was amazing, everything was smooth and an easy process, there was no pressure at all anywhere throughout the whole experience. They even let me go and inspect the car on my own without supervison for as long as I wanted to make sure I was happy with it before actually purchasing it. Overall I would rate my experience 5 stars and will certainly be buying from them again.

I cannot recommend the folks at Vortex Cars highly enough. From start to finish my experience was extremely positive. They are helpful when needed but allow you time and space to view the cars and reflect on your choices. No hard sell whatsoever. Communication excellent and again customer led.
The car was valeted ready for collection as agreed, with all paperwork ready and well ordered. I was given the time to talk through the car to ensure I was comfortable driving away.
I dealt mainly with Matt but all of the guys there were friendly and helpful....I know absolutely nothing about cars which can be a bit daunting and sometimes intimidating but would confidently return here again.

The service I received from matt at vortex cars was excellent the car was ready for me to drive away as son as I got there, he explained everything and completed all the paper work and set a direct debit for the tax and I was on my way home within half an hour of arriving at the showroom..

Matt and Scott were friendly and professional, they’re not in the slightest bit pushy, we were able to look around the car alone and take it out for a drive. We were offered a fair price for part exchange. They work efficiently so we were able to take the car the same day. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Vortex for both their vehicles & their exemplary Customer Service.
I purchased the car on-line and paid my deposit & arranged to travel by train from the North East to collect it.
When I got to Stockport, Scott talked me through all of the paperwork to make sure I was happy with everything & presented me with a beautifully cleaned & valeted car that looks & runs like a brand new vehicle although it's actually a 2016 model :) He even put sufficient fuel in the tank to get me home again :)
