I recently ordered the Vortex Wand kit and have been using it for 2 months. So far, it's been working great. But then, my comb tube broke, and the handpiece started malfunctioning. I reached out to the Support Team, and they promptly and courteously assisted me and offered to send replacements. I've never been more pleased with a service, and I'm deeply grateful. Thank you, Clang and the Support Team.

I generally have thin hair and have used all sorts of products for many years without significant results. I finally decided to try Vortex, and what a huge difference it has made. My hair has never been this shiny and healthy-looking! I've been using the wand around the edges, and I can see baby hair growing. My head also feels tingly and relaxed after using it for 10 minutes. This was one of the best investments I've made for my hair. In fact, my husband has started to use it too!

Nothing but genuine positive feedback to provide… the product arrived within a decent time and even when there was a slight issue with a couple of the attachments, I contacted customer care and was assisted by Clang who provided such fantastic customer service and without hesitation sent me a replacement for them.

It’s important to note when ordering this product that you actually order from the legitimate website, so many sites are fraudulent or fake and once a transaction has gone through these sites will be shut down or they will never send you the product. Counterfeit sites are constantly being fired up so make sure you check a site over and over before making a purchase. I can confirm the negative reviews on here cannot be legitimate, it makes no sense that this company is getting any kind of negative reviews, the product arrived in good time and the customer service has been fantastic, I have had this wand for over a week and although I was unable to use the comb and mushroom attachments just yet, I have been consistently using the spoon attachment the whole time and can confirm my hair feels more dense at the root already which is almost bizarre but incredible… I actually now feel like I have hair on my head. I saw reviews on YouTube from other users who said they felt their hair became volumised after each use and I can genuinely say this is true. My hair feels thicker and more dense and I’m looking forward to using the comb and mushroom attachments when I am able to to see how much better it could get.

Defective product and poor customer service. The company would not replace the item and asked me to leave a positive review instead. This is unethical and misleading. I do not recommend this seller.I am writing again regarding the defective parts in the product I purchased. I previously contacted your company and explained the issue, but the defective parts have still not been replaced.
The product is under warranty, and I am requesting that the defective parts be replaced according to your warranty policy. A customer should not be required to leave a positive review or pay additional shipping costs in order to receive support for a defective item.
Please confirm within five (5) business days that the replacement parts will be sent. If this matter is not resolved, I will have no choice but to file complaints with consumer protection agencies and post reviews describing my experience.
I hope this issue can be resolved promptly.

One of the teeth on my comb attachment broke when the attachment fell out of my wand because I didn't push it all the way in (totally my fault), so I contacted Vortex via email to ask whether I could get a replacement comb attachment. I explained what happened, and they agreed to send me a new comb attachment "free of charge." They have awesome customer service. They reply quickly and help solve the issue. I am awaiting my new comb attachment and am excited about my hair growth journey. Thank you, Vortex Hair Care!!!

I was ready to return my vortex because it kept tripping the outlet in my bathroom. Customer service explained that I would need to use a different room as it was the outlet that was the problem. They were right.

I highly recommend the Vortex Hair Wand and associated products (i.e. the Hair Revival Serum). I only bought the Wand in December 2025 and I am already beginning to see follicle growth.

I’ve been using this product for months now. I accidentally broke the comb within the first week bc I have curly hair and it got stuck in my hair but continued to use the other wands. I’ve notice a lot of new growth and the front of my hairline is noticeably thicker. It stimulates the scalp and prefer using this over my dermaroller. I contacted customer service and luckily they are sending me a new comb attachment. If you have hair loss concerns and contemplating this product I would highly recommend getting it. Their customer service is also great.

This company ships from the USA but if you need to return, you will need to return to China plus a restocking fee. This will reduce your refund significantly. Yes, this info is in the return policy but it's not very clear. It erodes consumer trust when policoes are not clearly stated. I wanted to return due to not being happy with the result from the item but I see too many who returned and the item was "lost" so I do not trust that I would get even a small refund.

I love the wand, I use it on my face for breakouts and my head to stimulate my scalp. I dropped one of the heads, and they offered to send me a replacement! Vortex has been very helpful with any support Ive needed.

i’ve sent them two emails now they don’t respond. The product came in. I don’t like what it looks like. I want to return with their guarantee and they will not respond to me so I guess I will be contacting my credit card company. My review below is from prior.

I just purchased, so I’ll update later. The interesting thing is vortex responded to another review below that claimed they just drop ship that they ship everything from NJ. I just got my shipping and it says the liquid will arrive separate from the wand ‘Since liquids often face customs delays and stricter regulations, shipping them separately ensures faster and smoother delivery for you.’ So now I’m doubting how truthful this company actually is.

I am relatively early in my use of the Vortex Hair Wand, but it appears to be actively stimulating new hair growth. I will continue to use it and monitor progress! One caution: the extensions are glass, so be thoughtful about where you use them - if they hit a hard surface, they will shatter, and your treatment will be delayed while you replace them.

I ordered this item in November 2025 as a Christmas gift for my daughter. As of January 2026, she still has not received it. I have tried multiple times to contact the company by email but have received no response. If anyone has their phone number, please share it with me. This situation is extremely frustrating.

I have started using the Vortex Wand for both thinning hair and thinning eyebrows! Based on positive reviews, I am looking forward to seeing a change. I am using the wand 3-4 times a week and believe consistency is important. It is painless and easy to use...I generally use it in the morning while having my coffee....

Product was easy to use, and customer service was responsive when I had an issue with a missing part.

I ordered the vortex hair wand. When it arrived it was USED and in a cracked package. I contacted the company within 30 minutes of receiving the product and told them what happened and I have to pay for shipping back to China which is $66 plus The post office told me there is no guarantee it will be received because of customs. I received a defective item from this company. I was offered a replacement if I left a five star review and paid $30.00. I asked for their address on two separate occasions and no reply. This company is a scam. I’ve been going back and forth with them for weeks. After sending a video of my wand turned on and set to the highest settings they determined that it was not functioning properly. Buyers be cautious.

I disputed the charge with PayPal an I shipped the defective item back in January and PayPal refunded my money. Also I had ordered an extra bottle of serum from the company when I ordered the device. Although the receipt clearly stated I could cancel the subscription I was not aware I was subscribing to when I reached out to out to ask them to cancel it sending copies of the receipt clearly saying I could cancel at anytime the removed to cancel the subscription and shipping me another bottle of their crappy serum anyway. I strongly advise to not do business with this company. The are unethical. Lastly I had published their return in China that PayPal provided to me and vortex complained to trust pilot that it violated a rule. It shows they do not want to be know that the product is from China regardless of the fact they store products for shipping in warehouse in the USA.

I accidentally shattered my comb attachment and my wand started to malfunction soon after but customer service was great and offered a replacement of wand kit with additional comb attachment in case I break it again.

This company has gone above and beyond my expectations with its fantastic customer service. I am so grateful for the help I have received, the Vortex wand pro is beneficial to anyone experiencing hairloss and looking to generate new growth. Thoroughly and wholeheartedly recommend.
