After chemotherapy, my hair was struggling to grow back and honestly I was prepeared for the worst. I had heard stories of people whose hair never fully returned, and I was terrified that would be me. Before treatment, I had thick, beautiful hair....Losing it was genuinely one of the hardest time of my life. That's when a friend, who had also gone through chemo, told me about the Vortex Wand. I was skeptical and definitely not a believer, how could a device make my hair grow when nothing else had?
But I figured I had nothing to lose

I had always prided myself on having thick, healthy hair, but in my mid-30s, I noticed it wasn't the same. My part was widening, and every time I brushed my hair, more strands came out than usual. I was hesitant to try the Vortex Wand because I had wasted to much money on products the promised miracles but delivered nothing. But after seeing a few before-and-after photos, I figured I had nothing to lose. The first week, I didn't nothing. But after about three weeks, my scalp started feeling tingly and more alive. By month two, I had tiny new hairs sprouting along my hairline! One thing I will say, though, is that you have to be consistent. I skipped a few days here and there, and I felt like my progress slowed. Now, I use it religiously, and my hair looks fuller than it has in years!

My dad and grandpa both lost their hair early, so I thought it was inevitable for me too. But the vortex Wand is proving me wrong. I've been using it for six months, and i can already see my hairline filling in and for me that means it's worth every penny Imao

I went through a really tough time at work, and the stress took a took a toll on my hair. My hairline was receding fast, and I was desperate for a solution. I wanted something that protected my health and didn't cause me some crazy symptoms after using. Within three months, Im seeing baby hairs and i could definitely have been more consistent. So ill take my my treatment up a notch and comeback with an update but so far so good

I purchased a bundle in November 2024. After a few weeks passed and I never received the order. Eventually the tracking information said the order was sent back to the shipper in China. I never recevied the product. I've been asking for a refund for over a month now and I'm being ignored by customer service. It's clearly a scam. Beware.

Completed SCAM!!! The package took over 1 month to be received, from China post. Shortly after the item shipped, I kept getting emails that they were hacked and rest assured that the item is NOT shipping from China. 6 weeks LATER the item was definitely shipped from China....AND the items inside the package was NOT the wand. They shipped completely random products with the assigned tracking number. Their customer service rarely responds and when they do it does not address the issue. SCAM SCAM SCAM.

My order was most definitely made through your posted official website. I just went on to verify again. Others beware of their scam. Don't order.

SCAM! Stay away, never received my product and their “customer care” takes 10 days to reply and all they say “it is in transit.” For over 40 days. Thieves.

I received the product in new condition but it ruined my hair! I started shedding where I hadn't before and NEVER stopped. This product is DANGEROUS! The company doesn't respond beyond their first email or return phone calls. All I want to do is return this product for a full refund that should have NEVER made it past quality control.

Scam and will steal your money and I wish I had looked up trust pilot before trying to order. They won’t refund you or even offer to send you another product. Junk company. They stole my money and I can only blame myself. They will send you fake tracking information and claim your package was delivered so you can’t dispute with your credit card company. The delivery company doesn’t exist and their account on instagram is full of bots and fake reviews. There are hundreds of complaints against them online and the Virginia state’s attorney general needs to put them in jail for fraud. Their phone number is also fake.Beware

CHINA SCAM!!! fake company. you never get the product. and customer service never responds after the first email. DO NOT ORDER

Ordered my item and kept receiving 'shipping updates" for a tracking number that was "not in the system yet". I contacted customer service twice and received a quick response assuring me the item, was on the way. I still have not received the item.

***Update***
I received my order yesterday and used it for the first time. I've already noticed that my hair seems fuller today, and my scalp isn't as dry. So far, so good!

A representative from Vortex called me today to better understand what happened with my order. Jalen was extremely kind and accommodating, digging into what happened and identifying a quick solution. Jalen went above and beyond to resolve the situation and ease my frustration with this company. While I haven't received the item yet, it is being reshipped and I am really impressed with the company's commitment to resolving the hiccup. It's rare to receive such personalized support these days.

***Previous Review***
I placed an order on Dec 2. Six weeks later, I still have not received my order. Tracking indicates that this item shipped straight from China and was delivered to the wrong state. I have requested a refund twice and customer service simply responds offering me a discount on their hair serum. I also noticed that they delete negative reviews and comments on their Facebook ads. I'll be opening a dispute with my credit card company in hopes of getting my money back.
