The company had great communication about shipment and delivery. The Vortez Haus leaf blower works GREAT!! Was able to blow out leaves in our backyard and in the rock garden. Even got rid of some of the snow that stuck around. It melted it and worked great!

Marielle and Diane were quick and helpful. I do have an issue, the Milwaukee M18 battery does not slide on. I had to buy Dewalt battery pack which does work. So far it works fine.

The Turbo Jet 2.0 product is phenomenal. It gets the job done without strapping on a big backpack blower. It's a small little marvel. It blows away any comparable unit or larger battery powered blower. I had an issue with one of the units. My fault I wasn't careful enough and it ingested some debris. I emailed customer service and received a reply from Marielle. Marielle was outstanding. She immediately sent out a replacement unit without any questions. She even sent me out a replacement fan blade for the damaged unit. I have never had customer service like this. I am sure they treat everyone like a First Class passenger. I am so happy I purchase the Turbo Jet 2.0 unit and I am so happy to know that Vortex Haus customer service cannot be beat. I highly recommend buying

Had bought another hand blower, but very disappointed. Saw the Vortex Haus and bought it immediately. It definitely lives up to its commercials, a well-made quality product that I recommend highly. Don’t even waste your time with any other product. This is the one to buy.

Very happy with my purchase and the customer service has been great!! Had a small issue and contacted their customer service and was surprised at how fast Diane got back to me and handled the whole situation.

So far it works as hoped. Living in Minnesota I have used it to blow snow off vehicles, detail dry my car (door jambs and locks can freeze after carwash). Once in the garage I blow off all remaining water, it's amazing how much hidden water there really is. I have blown out my garage floor and for fun blew off a co-workers desk, not recommended because everything will be blown off, still cleaning up that one. Plan on sending videos in the future.

Diane has been super. She addressed everything professionally and delivered items on tiime.

I ordered the vortex blower for multiple uses, and it truly lives up to its description. Credit to the team and developers,this is an outstanding piece of equipment. I’ve owned and used several battery-operated blowers before, and this is by far the lightest and most powerful of them all.
I used it for the first time today after washing my vehicle. One of my biggest frustrations has always been water drip marks that appear after drying, especially from areas like rear quarter window edges, around number plates, and other tight or intricate spots that are difficult to reach with a towel. The vortex blower completely solved this problem. It literally blows the car dry, eliminating trapped water and preventing any drip marks from reappearing.
Although I purchased it for multiple purposes, this first test alone exceeded expectations,it passed with flying colours. When you first pick it up, the weight is almost unbelievable. It’s hard to comprehend how something so light can deliver such impressive power.
While it is more expensive than many commonly advertised alternatives, the extra cost is absolutely justified by its performance, build quality, and effectiveness.
Customer service was equally impressive. I reached out with a question and received a response within hours, with an ongoing and genuine dialogue. It was refreshing to deal with a company that is truly engaged and responsive. Even the owner personally reached out to introduce himself, which speaks volumes about the company’s values.
Overall, an exceptional product backed by an exceptional team. Highly recommended.

After placing my order I realized I had ordered the wrong battery compatibility. Sent them an email, and within 12 hours Marielle had responded and fixed my order. And the order shipped by the end of the day! Can’t wait to try it out!

I’ve been genuinely impressed with the Turbo Jet DB. It’s compact but surprisingly powerful, and we’ve already used it for garage cleanups, workbench dust, and quick winter messes. I love that it works with the batteries we already own, so there’s no extra chargers to deal with. Practical, easy to grab, and really useful.

I was surprised no battery I sent a message asking why no battery found out wasn’t part of purchase but was given credit which I used to purchase a battery so I’m very satisfied with my interactions and now I need to use the item to see if it performs as advertised

The customer service is second to none, Diana was very helpful indeed. Would recommend.

I purchased the Turbo Jet 2.0 for my husband for Christmas, and he was thrilled. Unfortunately, I purchased the Turbo Jet for the wrong battery type. Completely my fault. But the team at Vortex Haus was AMAZING in working with me to exchange it for the right one. They kept in touch regularly during the process, and they even gave me a credit for the inconvenience. We live in the north and he hasn't had a chance to use it yet, but we gave it a test run and it is super powerful. He's very excited to get out and wash the car in the spring. Thanks for a great experience!

My experience with VortexHaus was great. I had an issue with my shipping address and Dianne was quick to get back to me and help me remedy the issue. The founder Aurthur checked in too. Not to mention these blower guns are awesome. They are stronger than my e- backpack blower.
