WOW the ring is gorgeous. Excellent customer service, HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend getting one of their rings.

High quality of the moisannite ring 💍 Free delivery as promised to Australia. 9 days / 7 business days arrived Australia. My ring size is between 3.5 to 4, but thinking of summer is coming, hot weather will make my finger expand. Luckily, I chose the ring size of 4 which is a perfect size for me. Hopefully, there is the size of 3 or 3.5 in future that may become another business opportunities for small finger sizes.

I had a Vosali ring for about 6 months, wearing it every day and the stone fell out of the setting becoming lost. When I told customer service about it they replaced it with another beautiful ring. I'm so happy!

After receiving prompt delivery of the Solitare ring that I ordered for my wife ( which She Loved) We realised that I had ordered the wrong Size. The response from Customer Service was exceptional and they very generously offered to send a replacement. Highly recommend Vosali

bought a ring when i saw the ad on facebook. it’s not real
moissanite. it’s CZ. the gem sparkles but not worth the money!

My first ring arrived and there was an issue with it so I contacted the team and they sent me a replacement with no quibble at all, communication was great and problem was dealt with very efficiently. Highly recommend these guys

Fake, fake and more fake. Put in a dispute with PayPal, items come from China. It's a glass stone, not a real moissanite.

I had to call the customer service department to ask a question and I was amazed that I actually got a live person on the phone and not a recording! Bought my ring from a Facebook ad. The ring came in a beautiful box with a certificate. My jeweler tested it and it’s CZ, not moissanite. He did say the stetting was sterling silver. It’s a good looking ring; it’s not what it claims to be and the certificate is not from a real organization ( it’s sort of one off from the real gem organization). So: very nice looking, but not moissanite.

I shop online a lot. I’ve found many companies short on customer service and support, however this company is amazing! Very prompt to respond with support and help! It’s a joy to shop with them, the ring I ordered is beautiful, came in a timely manner and I’ve ordered another!! This company sets the bar high and is wonderful to deal with!!!

The ring I ordered is exactly as advertised. The quality is excellent and it looks just like a real diamond for a fraction of the price. It arrived in the timeframe that was promised and I needed it for a special event. I know this may seem trivial but the box that the ring comes in is also very good quality. A gemological certificate accompanies the ring with a clear description of the stone and its qualities. I also received a free gift of 1 carat studs which was unexpected and made me very happy!

I wish I could give them 0 star v poor customer service tried to contact them on several occasions they just don’t wanna reply n I was skeptic about the ring from the start so I’ve got the stone checked it was CUBIC ZIRCONA instead of moissanite they offer u the certificate so that u don’t doubt them about the stone but actually it’s not moissanite plz don’t waste ur hard earned money on this creep company

I ordered the 2 ct. Eterna Moissanite Round Cut Solitaire Ring on 1/22/22 and received it shortly after that. I am retired and only wear rings ocassionally. I received compliments on it every time I wore it. I wore it one day and when I got home the moissanite stone was missing. I was upset and emailed Vosali. They were quick to respond. They asked for a picture of my ring, etc. I sent that and they emailed me back that they are sending a replacement.

I read the reviews about the stones not being Moissanite after I had ordered, so was suspicious when it arrived. It looked lovely but I wanted to make sure it was what I paid for. So had it checked out by an expert jeweller and it is a CZ not a Moissanite. I only wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. Please get your rings checked out and you’ll know. It’s so illegal to be sending out certificates saying they are genuine Moissanite when they aren’t. Why is Facebook still allowing this company to use there platform to advertise???
