I've attempted the Morrisons £10 Gift Card with £55 spend offer soooo many times and "accepted the cookies" It just doesn't work and contacting them to complain is futile. The alternative Vouchercodes website has worked everytime without issues, and are easy to contact, so I'd recommend using them where you can

I had a query on a voucher and got an almost immediate response and resolution (at 7.30pm!). Great service

Never received my bonus, sent all the proof (same old, have never automatically got it!) Blatantly ignored me, I have been waiting for a reply since mid March, sent a follow-up and new query and still nothing. £150 for taking out broadband absolutely give up on seeing it.

They are always trustworthy. Sometimes the reward doesn’t come as expected , as long as you contact them and provide all the proof, they will manually send out the reward to you . Brilliant service , especially a big thank you to Kavitha , the agent who has helped me today . 👍

A lot of the voucher codes aren't valid when I try to use them, which is annoying.

Absolute joke, waited nearly 12 months and then they requested the below for a £5 voucher. Poor service

3. Screenshot of the payment and the complete breakdown of the payment.
4. Screenshot of the reward activation email that you received from Vouchercloud showing sender, receiver information along with the date.
5. Screenshot of the purchase- tracked/acknowledged email that you received from Vouchercloud showing the date, sender and receiver information.

Once we receive this information, we will investigate the issue and provide you with an update on your reward claim as soon as possible.

My reward wasn't tracked through no fault of my own, despite following the instructions to the letter....

Took out Home insurance through Money Supermarket.com with a supposed offer of a £60 voucher.

I have just found this morning that the voucher expired mid March.

No email notification to claim the voucher.

I will look to make legitimate savings with reputable companies in future.

I will avoid both VOUCHERCLOUD and MONEYSUPERMARKET

Great website, lots of money saving tips

Pathetic - will argue on and on without helping resolve the situation- I followed the link as instructed but keep being blamed for not doing something right. Whats worse is i sent everything to prove my transaction but still won’t issue the reward! Useless dont bother
