I had a massive issue with my voucher, which I got back in October for 30th Birthday. It was enough to sent one email about the problem and Abbie quickly resolved it. I got my voucher back and with Abbie 0'Brien it took me last than few minutes! Thank you Abbie for your help ❤️

I had a problem with a John Lewis voucher which was my own fault. I contacted Voucher Express and explained the situation. Within an hour, Maisie had sorted it it and contacted me. Very delighted and impressed.

Well despite my comment below I persisted with trying to get through which I finally did. It did take some time but was worth it. I spoke with this amazingly helpful lady who sorted out my voucher issue and went through every detail of the process. So my perception of this company is now a positive one hence the 5 stars but if I had one gripe it would be that the phones get answered a tad quicker.
20 minutes on hold. Do they have any staff. I ordered a £120 M&S Gift Card and thought I would get a barcode by email. I forgot all about it and when I went to try and find the "barcode" nothing. Then I found an email saying their courier was unable to deliver the card. A physical card no doubt. This morning I tried for 20 minutes on the query line. No one answered. Then thinking they would like my money I tried the purchase line with my query. Again no one answering. Wonder where my £120 has got to and whether I will ever see it again.

I could not access a John Lewis e-gift card I'd been sent last Christmas. I emailed voucher express after business hours yesterday and first thing this morning a replacement had been sent in pdf. I was relieved and very grateful to Abbie O'Brien for her swift response.

I would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who sorted my mistake when I ordered book tokens. I couldn’t send Easter eggs to my grandchildren this year due to allergies. We decided a book token each would be a better idea. We live in France, and wanted to mark Easter even so. Hats off to John Lewis! While online shopping is great, if something goes wrong it can be a nightmare trying to fix it, going round in circles with an idiot chatbot and getting nowhere, longing to speak to a human being with some sense.
I was having a frustrating time trying to activate a John Lewis gift card I purchased for someone else . The recipient was trying to use it and couldn't because the card had been sent to my e mail address .
This was proving to be a frustrating problem that meant the gift card was unusable. Trying to get an activation code online was maddening- I kept getting contradictory messages about codes sent to my email and home phone which I never received and then when I rang the voucher helpline it was closed ( midday Good Friday) and Customer Service, normally very helpful, didn't deal with gift cards and advised me to ring the voucher helpline.
After an hour of trying to figure out a way to make the gift card work, and overcome the problem of it having been sent to me but needing to be used by the recipient , but neither she nor I could access a code to make this happen, and by now not a happy customer, I fired off a rather cross e mail to John Lewis expecting to hear nothing until after Easter.
I underestimated John Lewis.
To my surprise, within the hour Abbie O'Brien
Customer Experience Team Leader, replied and sorted out the problem quickly and efficiently.
