We trusted Vows & Beyond during one of the most important moments of our lives. As a military couple, we are trying to get married so we can finally be together despite deployments, distance, and time differences. We paid the full amount expecting professional and compassionate service.
Instead, after taking our money, they completely stopped communicating. We have called repeatedly, sent multiple emails, and still have not received the service we paid for or even a proper response. The lack of care and professionalism is heartbreaking, especially knowing the urgency and emotional stress military families already face.
What makes this worse is feeling ignored after trusting them with something so important. At this point, it genuinely feels like we were scammed. I would strongly warn others to think twice before giving Vows & Beyond your money.
