Excellent customer service
It took ages to come because we are in Australia but the customer service is top notch. Our player started making bubbling sounds and they sent out a replacement straight away. That's good service if you ask me!

It’s so simple to use just love it have showed it to staff at my son’s day centre they were impressed so hopefully you’ll get orders I gave one to my great granddaughter for her 6th birthday she loves it. Great idea for older people as so easy to use. I have one now.

Brilliant product
The Voxblock player and books are truly brilliant - a bedtime routine staple and great for the car / travel. Love the physical format of the mini books and it is so easy to use. Much prefer the lack of connectivity and nothing to stop kids using independently. The expanding selection of books is great (quality narrators) and we've enjoyed finding new favourites.

Poor customer experience
Great product, however when ordering extras my order was lost & no goodwill gesture was made and to add to my disappointment the refund took a long time.

My kids LOVE their voxblocks
My kids LOVE their voxblocks. A couple of the books are a bit old-fashioned (wind in the willows) which they haven’t loved but the rest have been brilliant. I love them because it keeps the kids quiet!

Works well for a night waking 10 year old
Really fast delivery and a great product - the voxblock was exactly what we needed when our child (aged 10) was waking through the night and was having trouble getting back to sleep. It was suggested to have an audiobook but I was reticent to connect to a device and also didn’t want adverts to play throughout listening as sometimes happens with radio stations or podcasts. After some research the voxblock seemed like the perfect solution and I’ve got to say, we’ve not looked back. The meditation stories are excellent to lull a night waking child back to sleep. I love the simplicity of the product and there is no need to connect to WiFi etc. Thank you voxblock!
