What is Facebook doing with this!!!!
59$ spent for nothing

I ordered two pairs online after seeing ad on FB and not even thinking I needed to be concerned. This was probably the first time I’d ever bought online after seeing ad. It took me two attempts and I received an email from a woman called Stephanie asking me if I needed help completing my order! I said no and that she should be able to see that I had ultimately been successful.
So my credit card was deducted the 60 dollars twice and I thought I’d wait before sorting problem to see if they were any good in case I wanted to keep extra two pairs!!
Nothing ever arrived but Visa refunded me in full.

Ordered June 23rd - still waiting. Emailed after three weeks but just got usual shipping delay reply. Since then - nothing. Beware!

This is a scam. Do not send them your money. You certainly won’t get anything from them in the post.

Turns out this is all scam - and the company did it before under another name in the past.
How can Facebook allow this to continue?
Never buy through any add at FB!

This is a scam on Facebook.
Facebook have been informed, but have taken no steps to prevent this happening again.

Unfortunately this is a scam, I’ve been caught out also thinking the advertisement on Facebook would have been genuine, I also was offered discount as compensation on a second pair.

Ordered the earphones after seeing the advert on Facebook. After 21 days I contacted the company and they replied saying that there had been a problem with the shipping but they would be in the post asap. I have now waited over a month, sent them many emails but I no longer get replies. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. IT IS A SCAM!!

Total Scam
This was the first time I bought anything from a Facebook advertisement. It will be the last.
The advert and website looked good and the reviews convincing.
6 weeks later and no earbuds, no refund and no communications.
Facebook should take some responsibility for allowing the advert in the first place.

Absolute scam, do not buy you will never receive them!! Thankfully I got a refund through Amex.

What a bunch of low-life scum. The Facebook police should hunt these guys down and punish them! An absolute scam, but the website being 'allowed' on Facebook did seem genuine when I ordered 2 months ago. Thankfully I only got ripped off for $25 (yes, the b@stards enticed me in with a discount!). Find these people and deal with them.

Sadly, it looks like i am just another hopeful wanting some Ear Buds ( allegedly the best on the planet, and bought by thousands around the globe!)

I just wonder how many other foolish people there are ( like me) sending VOX Buds $40 .... maybe its:

10 = $400
100 = $4,000
1,000 = $40,000
10,000 = $400,000
100,000 = $4,000,000

Not a bad scam to generate $4,000,000

I will now attemot to contact FaceBook and Instagram to see their thoughts on this?

Ordered on 9th June, have emailed them three times, had one reply saying delayed. Ordered these through PayPal so will now be contacting PayPal to try and get refunded. Shocking service. Total Scam

Despite ordering on the 22nd June I have not received my item and have been charged. I sent an email on the 9th July asking where it was and told

we have received your email and one of our customer service representatives is going to get back to you within the next 24-72 hours.

Currently some of our customers are experiencing longer shipping times than usual. We had to reship a large amount of orders due to a shipping mistake. If you do not see a tracking number in your order confirmation, your order could also be delayed.

We would appreciate your patience and trust while we solve the issue as fast as we can.

I have still had no reply to the original email. I am disappointed as they took payment a month ago and no updates regarding the order and likely to put relevant feedback on social media, this is not acceptable and will claim back from PayPal

In their Ad for express shipments they are charging additional amount. I paid that also. Now it’s one month, still not received. I got following email for my query, I doubt this is a SCAM, because after this email no further action from them.

It’s a SCAM on the Facebook feed (how could it be?)
They will not send the earbuds for you.

I have ordered them a month ago and didn’t receive them yet. I wish, I did a research first.

Take a look at their website. At first sight it looks solid and real, but some pics on the bottom are supposed to be links, but they’re not. Reviews are scam, because if you turn the second page, all the pictures and written reviews are gone. Only names and stars left. Moreover, most of the countries comes by two in a row. Ex., two reviews from Spain, then two from UK, two from Russia and so on. Mostly by two. Very suspicious.

Same pictures from voxbuds website are used in other similar “projects” with different names of buds. Scam too.

The video tutorial is not even of their product!

I have ordered because I had faith in Facebook adds. Now I don’t. Lesson learned.

Most unscrupulous, mischievous, fraudster company .. I ordered in April but till date no trace of the buds
They took the full amount thru my credit card.

Ordered them a month and 10 days ago! Very smart replies via mails but no tracking number has been provided till now. Their business is ABSOLUTELY FAKE. Please don't waste even a single penny on these.
