So many uses and great benefits from such a light and small unit

I have been using my Voyor (VRMM1) multi functional massager for a week now and I have found it to be a blessing. I suffer from Poly myalgia rheumatica (PMR) and have to take medication to help relieve the symptoms which include tight muscles and aching across my shoulders and down my back. While the medication helps to relieve the symptoms it takes about a hour before the pain relief kicks in. Using the massager with the red light (infrared) on it has improved the speed of relieving pain. I avoid using it for more than 10 minutes at a time, and I find that this is long enough for it to work. I initially intended to use it for relieving my PMR but it is now also being used by my wife as a face and body brush which she says makes her skin glow. We both use the head massage function on each other and found it really relaxing, so much so that I usually fall asleep during my session!

All in all I am very pleased with this massager and I can recommend it.

Above & Beyond Customer Service!

The Voyor customer service team definitely goes above and beyond. Following my poor review for one of their products my wife bought, they doggedly chased me for several months to compensate for our disappointment. In spite of my ignoring their repeated emails (I don't open emails from unknown senders), I eventually opened their latest email after researching into the company. They apologised for our disappointment and offered me full refund even after all these months! Most well known companies don't even bother to respond to review let alone chase you for months to give you money back. We would certainly buy Voyor products knowing there is this level of aftersales service to support their products. Now that's customer care I am happy to write about.

Great customer service

I purchased a lady shave about 3 years ago which was great. During a tidy up I lost the charging cable. Contacted the company who arranged replacement ( I paid postage) from China.
They kept me informed of the delivery from China right through to UK
Couldn’t ask for more
