I worked on a web development project with Voypost. As the full-stack developer, my primary responsibilities included implementing the front-end interface, integrating third-party APIs, and collaborating with the client to ensure project goals aligned with their business objectives.

While the Voypost team behavior was consistently professional and cooperative, the project did face inherent challenges related to the complexity of integrating certain APIs. We hired Voypost to help us design our digital platform application (desktop + mobile). I was surprised by the efficiency, well-thought-through processes, and clear collaboration guidelines. I had been working in Voypost for 1.5 years. It's really good company for trying or doing outstaff or outsource work. In outsource you will work according to really well-baked processes without any chaos. Also professional supervision and growth support are included. In oustaff you can work directly with clients and improve your communication skills. And in this case supervision is very little. As projects are not so long, you can try different technologies, stacks, approaches in both types of colaboration. People in Voypost are very opened and friendly and you will never stay alone with your problems, if you have any.

Only one, but major downside for me was a timetracker, as I am not a big fan of it.

I have had the privilege of working with Voypost as a developer for the past eight months, during which I was involved in two distinct projects.

My interaction with Voypost was mainly through direct communication with the client. Voypost’s project managers scheduled periodic catch-up meetings, usually once every week or two. These meetings were effective in addressing any questions or concerns I had. Occasionally, the project managers offered valuable advice, which I appreciated.
In addition to my experiences in soft skills development and project diversity, I also had the opportunity to broaden my technical expertise while working at Voypost. My tenure involved engaging with various technologies encompassing web development, backend systems, and mobile application development. This multi-faceted exposure allowed me to expand my technical skill set, reinforcing Voypost’s commitment to providing a well-rounded and enriching experience.
One notable advantage of working with Voypost is their ability to consistently provide opportunities. As one project came to an end, a second project was already in the pipeline, ensuring a seamless transition and continuous workflow. This commitment to keeping developers engaged is highly commendable.
In conclusion, my experience with Voypost has been largely positive. I have had the chance to hone my soft skills, take on leadership roles, and work on various projects. Voypost’s emphasis on effective communication, support from project managers, and diligent project management practices contribute to a productive and rewarding work environment. The availability of multiple job openings underscores the company’s commitment to facilitating professional growth.

Voypost took our needs seriously and found a high quality developer that took our project to the next level. They really care about code quality and their devs hard and soft skills. We were impressed by the value and would use Voypost again.

Engaging projects & good management.

Voypost linked me up with an interesting project - a scientific study on sociology and misinformation. O genuinely enjoyed my time working on it. I was give a freedom to communicate with client and set my workflow to effectively deliver, with no micromanagement or interruptions from Voypost.

Any organizational issues I had with Voypost were solved very quick and with little to no effort from my side. I've had my fair share of both good and bad experiences in the past, and I can confidently say that working with Voypost was a great experience.
