This company is not reliable
This company is not reliable. Communication and customer service are bad. I received my order with 25% of the items (4 products) missing, without any communication or even a delivery note. The shipping was fast but without any notification or tracking information.
After asking customer service about the missing items, I received an one sentence reply that the best option would be a refund. No explanation, no apology. Since my answer (2 emails on Tu 21.7) I have not heard from them. No refund, no answer.
*UPDATE* Thank you for your useless answer and NO I did not receive any refund.
So this is what you call customer support again??? I have to write another email and wait again. You know which customer I am
