As for your problem about the disconnecting, it is usually caused by minor outages in the internet connection, since the VPN cannot keep an active connection through these outages. If it is something you experience often, we have a different type of VPN, called OpenVPN. That software is made to handle instability in connections. I'm very happy to order with them again and again everytime we travel with the company and want to watch sporting events via our online TV subscriptions.

Fast but often get timeout
The connection is one of the fasteat for VPN services I've tried when I'm working from China, but the connection freezes too often, so I have to disconnect and then connect again (same even on wifi or 3G connection, and both for my ipad and for my android phone.
