I have used VPNUK for a number of years and have always been extremely happy with the total service they provide. Whether for technical setup help or any other query, contact with a team member has always resulted in a quick and satisfactory response. While they may not offer the cheapest vpn service out there, based on my experience of the 'personal' customer service they give, I certainly consider the cost to be more than justified. I can only recommend them very highly.

Very helpful and knowledgeable support that goes above and beyond to help. Good quality IP addresses which means you don't get banned and rate limited by services. Lot's of different options in terms of technical guides of different platforms and software.

I have been using them for over 10 years now great service. And when you have a problem they are always there to sort things out ASAP. Absolutly no need to look for another one.

After much deliberation I chose to use VPNUK as they were able to offer me a stable dedicated IP. I am now able to whitelist my vpn ip to secure admin access to my website.
Also, the 24hour tech support has proven to be a great help. Would 100% recommend!

Its not often we need to use the online help desk, but when we do its always been handled promptly and efficiently. This time Danny sorted out the issue and it was quickly dealt with. VPNUK appear to be an organisation built around excellent customer service. Each team member within their organisation tries their very hardest to simplify and provide help whenever needed.
