Above average experience, on my 3rd year

Over two years ago I found VPSHostingService on LowEndBox that featured one of their linux containers with a nice coupon. Been using the VPS ever since, including another one running Windows. In fact, I just renewed both for a third year.

Wrong hosting location and not even a reminder

I rented and paid a virtual machine in the netherlands, which was an additional cost to the US machines.
They just hosted the machine in the US without telling me. It was terribly slow and had a bad connection.
After I told them it was at the wrong location, they just said there are no available slots in the netherlands. But they still sell those packages and won't move my VM.
Really bad practice, bad support and bad product.

My personal Review about the Service

I have no idea what the other people here review are not happy about. I purchased the cheapest VPS available here, installed my Ubuntu, Nginx web-server, and setup multiple websites for testing, and I have no issues what so ever.

Even more the panel is really well made and also design is great. I personally like it, and I will keep using it.

Scamming little Cnuts

Scamming little Cnuts. DO NOT PURCHASE THE SERVICE IT WILL BE SUSPENDED WITHIN 1 WEEK AND WILL BE DUE TO OVER DUE PAYMENT AND THE PAYMENT DATE WILL BE THE DAY BEFORE YOU EVEN PURCHASED THE PRODUCT.
Do not purchase as you will lose all your work. I am taking these scamming little turds to court and getting the website shut down... Either that or im just ognna hack into it and majorly crash it.

Not worth it at all

Not worth it at all, slow machines. They also sell cheap services in the beginning to make you a customer and then when, the price they gave you, doesn't give them a profit, they close your service with some fake excuse to get rid of you

Looks like a scam to us

We tried to create a service and pay for it but their Web site would not allow payment so we asked they cancel the service, which we could not use.

We created 2 service tickets and emailed their "help" email address, in accordance with their Knowledge Base directions for canceling the service as soon as we saw the Web site problems, but they declined to cancel the service by saying they'd forward the matter to someone else.

We attempted to cancel the service we could neither control nor pay for in EXACTLY the manner they specify on their Web site. It doesn't work.
On the face of it, it look(ed) like a billing scam.

Upon advising their billing department we filed an online complaint with Trustpilot, billing did eventually advise us, by email, they canceled the VPS service we could neither use nor pay for, because of their Web site errors.
