Ordered a large order when I received a…
Ordered a large order when I received a 15% off code but didn’t work at the end when processing. I emailed to either get the discount code added or cancel the order to replace and was emailed back within 20 mins.
Following this Chelsea (who was amazing) contacted me and refunded the difference within a day without delaying my order.

I had an issue with my order and was a bit frustrated with the situation, but Chelsea was really helpful and made the whole process much easier.
She took the time to look into everything, kept me updated and managed to get the issue resolved by arranging a replacement order for me. I really appreciated how friendly and helpful she was throughout.
A big thank you to Chelsea for sorting everything out and making sure I was happy with the outcome. It’s great to have someone who actually takes the time to help and resolve an issue properly.

Great Company
I had an issue with an item in my order, and within an hour I had a response from Chelsea who went above and beyond to sort out my issue. I've been with other competitors for a long time, and only recently switched to Vanquish and their quality and customer service is top tier. Will absolutely be back to purchase more, thanks so much.

I’m a big fan of the brand and order…
I’m a big fan of the brand and order from them regularly. However, the five-pack of oversized T-shirts seems to fit differently from their other oversized shirts in the same size. The necklines feel noticeably baggier, and the shirts also seem slightly cropped. In general, there doesn’t appear to be a consistent fit across the oversized range. Unfortunately, the multipack feels as though the quality or cut has been compromised to offer the lower package price.

Amazing clothes and service
The clothes from Vanquish are always a 5 star for me. I’ve been shopping with this brand for 10 years and I never feel let down. But thats not where the real 5 star service lies.
I experienced a bunch of problems with this order. One of the products I bought went out of stock after payment, and I paid double for import tax because it was calculated wrong on their site.
HOWEVER, Charlotte has been my guardian through all of this. The product that was sold out was replaced for free, with a different product that had a slight increase in price. Furthermore, my double pay was swiftly taken care of and I was given a full refund of what I paid. The customer service in my case has been amazing, and just again a big thanks to Charlotte for doing such a great job with taking care of it all.

The designated courier service was late with my package I spoke toncharlotte and she did everything she can to track and prompt delivery of my order. Communication was effective and fluent. Great customer service, my package got delivered to the U.S and there were problems with it getting through customs, but Charlotte was in constant communication with me to assure me that it would be get here and it did ! Great product and great customer service !

Great company to deal with
Great company to deal with. Chelsea sorted out a missing item from my package with no hesitation and was very quick to reply.
I find the brand really good quality. I now have 8 T-shirts and 5 pairs of shorts, and the boys at the gym are even sporting my style! 💪

Trustworthy Brand
I have been shopping at Vanquish for a couple years for gym and athleisure wear. The brand offers pretty high quality clothes that are stylish, in a wide range of sizes. A package was lost in shipping and Charlotte was super helpful in tracking it and ensuring it was delivered. Will continue to purchase from Vanquish in the future. Very trustworthy brand.
