The only good thing I can say is that the bracelets made it to the correct address. Nothing else good I can say. It was made of low quality material. They were way too small. A total waste of my money. My advice. Skip this product.

Well worry about I ordered a couple of things but I noticed the PayPal payments went to different named companies so I'm just going to say that this website is a shopping mall for various vendors. I was a little disappointed when I ordered a ring and they sent me one two sizes too small and then started the crab dance about well you know you can send it back we'll send you one you have to pay for shipping it takes a long time and then they said send us another 18 bucks and we'll just send you what you want and they did and it fit this time. The shipping times are brutally slow but the prices on some of the stuff is pretty low compared to you know jewelry is a very high markup item anyway but I may order some more things from them when the mood strikes me. Normally I don't wear jewelry but I've started to get various Rings just so when I'm riding my motorcycle it just completes the picture

I am very disappointed. I ordered the same bracelet again because my first one broke, and i thought maybe it was just a fluke. So I payed full price for another one, expressing how much I loved it. Not only was I not offered a discount, but after receiving the other one just recently, I wore it for a week and it broke in the same spot. The "metal" clasp just broke at the "weld." I was even going to try and fix it, but where it broke is impossible. Sooo that is almost a hundred dollars with shipping for two broken bracelets??

Their pictures are terrific. However, their products surpass their pictures. I was delighted to open the packages to find jewlery that I have been searching for. I needed a little modification and customer service quickly contacted the manufacturer. They were able to accomodate my needs quickly. I was very impressed with the products and especially their customer service. Buying on line can be dangerous and costly. It is refreshing to find a vendor who treats customers like family. Great value, great quality, great pricing and great customer service. Vrafi Jewelry is a rare find.
