lousy service

The sweater had a great fit (oversized) and was perfect.
I did it in the laundry machine right away so I could wear the sweater today.
I washed it on 30 degrees at low speed and didn't do it in the tumble dryer but hang it out to dry.
When I put the sweater on today it was suddenly way too small and I barely get it on.
The entire oversized fit was gone and the sweater is now incredibly tight.
I am really upset.
I've send 2 emails on the 19th of november and the same one on the 24th.
I didn't get any response at al, and that for such an expensive sweater.
