While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

**AVOID** Bike received with faulty…

**AVOID** Bike received with faulty monitor and
pulse sensor. After
having to contact them
on multiple times to
receive the courtesy of
a reply. They have claimed that burning 149
calories in 1 min 22 sec
is correct. wish -
would have lost tons by
how. KM at 1.3 in same time! Also pulse sensor
either doesn't work or
counts down again an
obvious fault. After
much arguing they
agreed to send a
replacement monitor or
collect the machine. We
decided to have a replacement monitor and give them a chance. On the understanding it would be collected and refunded if this didn't work as per my rights and warranty. This took over
a week to arrive and
had the wrong fittings,
after multiple messages
and a week we received
it and the problem still
exists. It obviously has
a faulty sensor
somewhere which they
are denying. Despite
my statutory rights and
2 year warranty they are
now only agreeing to
refund if I pay for return
and they will deduct
there postage costs!!
They are just arguing
for the sake of it and
saying there is not a
fault and there are
blatanty are several.
Apart from the calories etc which they say is correct (complete lie), they have accepted a fault is on the pulse sensor.
I have a long string of Facebook Messages as all
email addresses do not
exist mostly of me having to send the same message several times just to get the courtesy of response. I am just
banging my head
against a brick wall and have escalated it to Klarna.
From my experience I
am not even convinced
they will refund if I
return it. Stay well clear of these dodgy sellers as bike is only good for the bin and so is their customer service!!
