Scam / Deceptive Billing Warning – Do Not Use Vrbla.com

I am writing this to warn everyone about a deceptive practice and unauthorized charges from Vrbla.com Jran. 
I attempted to purchase/download a wallpaper background for an Apple Watch app. The advertisement clearly stated a one-time charge of $0.99 USD. I authorized only that initial payment. 
Immediately after, without my consent or authorization, multiple hidden transactions were charged to my card:
$19.99 USD 
$19.99 USD 
$6.00 USD 
In total, they took $45.98 USD in unauthorized charges on top of the $0.99 purchase. 
When I contacted their customer support to request a full refund for these unauthorized amounts, they refused to return my money. This is a predatory business model designed to trick users into paying hidden fees.
Watch out for Vrbla.com Jran! Do not give them your card details, and if you have already been charged, contact your bank immediately to request a chargeback and block your card.
