Communication regarding order
My feedback is in regards of communication. After the order is completed and the confirmation email is received, we didn’t receive any other information regarding whether the shipment gone well and or if there’s any delay. Only after I reached out to the company, they informed me that there was a delay. For customers reassurance, in my opinion, it is better to prevent the customers to wait, worry and reach out by sending a simple email informing this.
The clock itself is a great product, price wise is reasonable as we had searched high and low for a sleep trainer and it works wonder for our early risers!
