These fine folks made me a custom wall display of an exact replica of my Aprilia Tuareg 660 and it's perfect all the way down to the radiator crash bars. I couldn't be more pleased with the attention to detail and fine finish. No seams or splits or weld marks.
Nothing! Like it was stamped from a solid sheet of steel. Thank you for your wonderful work on such a unique product.

Great service fast delivery yes I would recommend vroomarts

Product is great. Leadtime is much longer, than promised, was no problem for me. I ordered also one 140cm size piece and that arrived bended, packaging needs to be reinforced. Bendinin was at the end no problem, we could bend it back to the the correct shape.

My advise:

1. Promise realistic delivery times. It is worth waiting. You are coming unneccessarily under fraud suspicion, when you cannot commit to the dates promised.

2. Get your packing right. A wood frame would help to keep the carton stabile.

Amazing product, really excellent made. But it took forever before I got it. It was for my sons 18:th birthday, orderd it 2 month ahead but didn't receive my order untill 7 weeks after my sons birthday, after I asked for it a couple of times.

This is so very awesome! Sent a picture of a custom chopper and the details are amazing! I wish I had gone larger!

Vroom were great from the start, very professional and made sure every detail was perfect. The item came a little bent through no fault of theirs but it didn’t take too much to straighten. The customs on the other hand had ripped the box open and not secured the package properly which left some of the hardware being lost, also the front wheel was the thing that was bent because of this. Vroom were kind enough to offer to send parts but we managed to buy some locally. Thank you Vroom for the $20 refund for this. Excellent product and looks great on the side of my husbands shed.

I ordered the HORNET for my brother and it is fantastic. I live in Scotland so I was expecting to wait a long time for it after reading some of the reviews. I was wrong 4 weeks and it was here. I was blown away with it. Absolutely amazing. I am glad I got the large size as it is a perfect size for the wall he is putting it on. Thank you so much Vroomarts for your fantastic work.

Late delivery (Months late) but constant contact and prompt answers from Anna leave you feeling that the goods will eventually arrive. They did eventually arrive (Vincent series C Black Shadow & first gen (WVA1) Hayabusa, & quality (instant recognition of bike), finish & packaging are top class. Just be patient, & if ordering as a gift, add two months to the given delivery time.

Service of these people is great, they made me a custom made piece of art from one of my choppers, just from a picture.
Draft design was sent, my wishes were quickly adopted in a second and thirt draft, great communication.
Delivery took a few weeks, but tracking and updates were OK and the result is astonishing.

My order was placed in November and it arrived today , terrible customer service , received no tracking information or updates throughout this time and every time I emailed the only response that I got was that they received a higher demand in orders so there was backlog…

However I am pleased with my order it looks great , exactly how it looks on the website , just a shame about the lack of communication and waiting time when I was told 10-30 days … would I have ordered it knowing it would take 3 months to arrive , probably not.

I placed an order the first week of November, I've still not received it. When I messaged them after the normal wait time for production, I was told there was a delay due to Black Friday, despite having ordered it three weeks before Black Friday. I inquired again before Christmas (since I purchased this for a Christmas gift) and was again cited delays due to holidays. I told repeatedly it would ship soon, yet "soon" has still not happened.

I am working on getting refunded right now but would not reccomend this place to anyone.

I ordered 8 nov.24 and still didn't get it. First they told me it takes 20 days to make and 7 days for shipping. Now they tell me it takes a few weeks (!) more. But they can't tell me how long. I hope I will get it anyway ......

We didn't know Vroom Arts, but we are very surprised by the very good customer service. When I had a question I always got answers. The quality of the product is very good, it looks great and it was easy to put on the wall. Very happy with it!!

Placed and paid for an order on the 9th of November. It is now the 14th December with nothing received or even shipped, no communication on planned shipping dates. Would expect better customer service for the cost!

No delivery no information and no money back total misery as supplier, don’t shop her!!!!! 200 USD gone…
