Customer service doesn’t exist

Customer service doesn’t exist. Unable to talk to a live human on the phone. Company communicates solely via email. First time customer and will never do business with them again! Tried to cancel order and was denied although order never left their facility. Tried to get some sort of return fee waived and was told all major companies do the same thing. Company just wants to take your money. Received my catted down pipe but will probably take it to a scrap metal shop rather than sell or gift it away. Will not recommend this company to anyone. Will file a report with the BBB.

I was very pleased with the price of the product I purchased and the customer service when I needed help.

I was very satisfied with the customer service and product prices of this website. The only two flaws I have is that I was not able to use a different Billing Information address and different Shipping Information address for the product I purchased. The other flaw is that I wish there were more products for my type of car (06 Infiniti G35 coupe) so can shop there more often.
